Carpark is in front of hotel. Check in was smooth and fast.
Decent room with good beds and ceiling fan
Even though we have paid extra for late check out at 2pm, their housekeeping staffs knocked on our doors at 11.44am and 12.25pm. Communication among them can be improved.
Towels smell really bad

Location is good, just outside the busy part of downtown Johor Bahru. Easy access to where I needed to go. Plenty of parking available for guest.

Good location for a short stay, nearby to city. Friendly staff. Smooth check in and check out. Sufficient parking available.
No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Our room had bed bugs, couldn't sleep. Staff pass us a bottle of insecticide after I let them know of the bed bugs.

Someone smoked in their room that triggered the fire alarm very early in the morning. Disturbed everyone trying to get a good sleep on a Sunday morning.
