Staffs are so polite and helpful
Hope there will be another dustbin in Deluxe King Room, there is only one dustbin in a big room. Hopefully it will be have another one in the washroom too

Staff is very friendly and hotel is clean....
The room is not same like as shown in pictures.... In pictures room is too big but when u check-in that time the room is too small..but the room is ok. Value for money

The room and toilet is spacious. The staff is polite.
The toilet choking, the bedsheets n pillowcase and even the pillow is very dirty and there is a lot of hair on it. Location is far from city and it is hard to find nearby amenities. Overall value for money.

Cleanliness and the staff are very accommodating.
Bed is comfy and clean
No stable wifi connection, the window doesn’t have handle so I can’t close properly (RM304) so I can hear the car shop noise at 8am. AC is dripping water right on top of the TV so I need to cover the TV with a towel to avoid damage.
