The bed was hard, floor wad not clean properly, bath towels not provided until enquire n limited tv channels.

The hotel needs to refurbish and change all the pillows, comforters and so on.

We were satisfied with our stay. No comment on anything except one thing which has upset us was, we have to queue for more than an hour to check in on the Christmas Day! Hope you will open more counters during peak hours to avoid the crowd to build up
