All the staff are unmotivated and do not recommend because of the worst service.

Room is big, TV channel & TV screen is healthy.
The central AC temperature is hard to monitor, feeling hot at late night. But in the end the AC very cool after few hour. Also, the soundproofing of the window is bad i can’t sleep well because of the fan noise & car sound.

Comfort and worth the money
Very basic utilities, old towel but once request a new recieved a good one.

The duty staffs are very kind and helpful to help us resolve all the technical issues promptly, despite in the middle of the night. Kudos.
The amenities around that area are very limited.

The room is a really big for the price we pay, toilet was clean. The view of our room was very nice, so lush!
the furnishing might need some upgrade and touch up like wallpaper and mirror. the bedsheets are a bit yellowish

The cleanliness. Room was not ready though we arrived at almost 4pm. Because it passed the check in time, they let us in. Need to call the housekeeper few times to make up the room.
