Being with my family even though the place is falling apart and it cause a lot of stress, we had TV's that were broken, the games was broken, there was a lot of things that was broken, we had to deal with maintenance all week that we were there for Christmas. I liked that there were enough bedrooms for my family. The location was nice and central for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The hot tub didn't work the whole time we were there. The cable and wifi were out more than it worked. One of the reasons we booked this cabin was for the hot tub. The pool pass wasn't there, and the staff was rude to us when we went to use the pool. There were big spiders downstairs. Just overall disappointed.

The location

There is broken concrete at the entrance and rocks in the driveway, which we slid on getting up to the cabin. The hot tub has mold on it and the cabin was not clean nor did we have bed linens on the beds for the first night. Jackson Mountain Homes which has the cabin for booking, only offered 147.00 for reimbursement for the first night with zero clean bed linens. I would never book this property again and will never book with that company again.

I loved how private and quite it was. Very spacious and provided more than enough room. Very clean and well kept. Any time I had a question or had to call customer service they were exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was really pleased.

The hot tub didn’t work and the fridge didn’t get as cold as I thought it should. I also think that the pool table and the air hokey table should be switched for more room.
