Refrigerator is getting old

The cabin had a good location and parking

The constant roaches walking around in the daylight, they were in the countertops, the silverware, the stairs, the refrigerator which ruined our food. Our appetite was also spoiled while leading you could see him come out from around the countertops in the silverware and just about any little corner I  messaged the property and forward pictures and got no response so I had to call. All I pretty much got was a OK thanks will submit it to management. My biggest issue is their lack of responsibility, they wouldn’t even message me back how unprofessional!

Location wasn’t bad but we didn’t have a great view. We saw mostly other cabins. However, it was very close to center city.

The property seemed to be cleaned pretty well, but it needed to be exterminated for bugs

Great location, and we saw several different black bears almost every day. House was clean.

The deck under the hot tub needs replaced. We wanted a cabin with a hot tub and were too scared to get into this one because of how warped the deck was that the hot tub sat on. Several light bulbs needed replaced. Pool cues had no tips on them. Kitchen says funny equipped, however cooking was difficult because of the lack of tools to do so.

The house was not ready when I arrived at 2. My arrival time was between 1-2pm. The man was still cleaning. The kitchen was greasy the table and the stove. The video games downstairs did not work properly The theater room was a waste. We couldn’t watch a movie without it constantly freezing up. One of the kids accidentally locked a bedroom door and when I called maintenance I was told they did not know if and when they would come that day. We had to use a bobby-pin and do it ourselves.

We loved the spaciousness of the cabin. There was plenty of room for all of us. The game room was awesome. The dinner table was perfect for everyone to eat together. The temperature controls were available on each level, which made it nice for keeping everyone comfortable. The fireplaces were a nice touch in the evening.

There were only two pool sticks that were useable; only one air hockey puck that was banged up; the dvd remote did not work; wifi was nonexistent; the main floor fireplace did not work; the dishwasher needed a new part so we couldn't use it; no pot holders; no 9 x 11 pan for baking/cooking; would have liked a couple more chairs on lowest balcony to socialize with people in the hot tub.
