Staff great and helpful. Close to the metro towards Dubai city center. Walking distance to the beach, blue waters island, marina mall and marina walk. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Very busy hotel, reception area too crowded. Carpet in the room not really clean. Balcony toward big building, not really useful unless you smoke and need to go outside . In the morning very busy elevators, had to wait to go out.

The staff in the Bar attempted to over charge on every visit.

Good breakfast, great service, convenient location in the Marina.

We were given a rooms for smokers even though we asked for a non-smoking room in the reservation. When I noticed that, we already unpacked. The good part is that there was practically no smell of smoke in the room.

The suite was big, pretty, comfortable, very clean. The mattress was simply amazing, same as the pillows. A big kudos to the admin, this is something we’re most hotels fail. Breakfast was good, several options, though a bit crowded. The location is very good, easy to access. Parking is extremely convenient.

The restaurant is a bit small, bcs the hotel is most of the time crowded. Omelette is pretty-prepared (but still tasty).

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, bardzo blisko Mariny z pięknym widokiem z balkonu pokoju. Pokój duży z wygodnym łóżkiem, dobrze zaopatrywany i codziennie sprzątany z codzienną wymianą ręczników, codzienie też zaopatrzenie w wodę oraz kosmetyki do mycia. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła. Dobra kawiarnia w hotelu z pysznymi croissantami. Przyjemny basen z podgrzewaną wodą.

Śniadanie mogłyby być lepsze, mało różnorodne i mały wybór. W restauracji trochę zimno było rano podczas śniadania.

The locatiom

My room was supposed to have a bath, because this was the reason I booked it, but when I got the room there was only shower. They said it's Booking.com that has the mistake of giving wrong information about the rooms. Also there was some bad smell from pillows and blankets.

Отель расположен в отличном районе, всего в 800 метрах от пляжа Marina Beach. Прогулка по марине особое удовольствие. Богатый и вкусный завтрак. Номера большие и комфортные.

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm die Lage ist sehr gut. Sauber und sehr nettes Personal.

Vom Balkon Blick auf die Autobahn war dementsprechend laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern konnten wir dennoch gut schlafen.

La ubicación excelente. La comodidad de la habitación y la limpieza diaria impecable. Nina, la chica que habla italiano en la recepción, una muy buena atención. El chico que guarda las maletas, si no me equivoco se llama sureth, muy respetuoso y muy amable.

El desayuno paupérrimo, falta calidad y variedad en los productos, no hay cariño por los detalles, si comparo con un hotel 5 estrellas de la zona claramente le falta mucho para ser 5 estrellas en el desayuno. Pagamos un extra por el social nest en el cual nos atendió una srta. Filipina, la cual nos atendió dos veces, ambas con mala cara, molesta y sin ganas de atender, uno le decía gracias y de su parte ninguna respuesta. En vez de recibirños de buena manera dándonos la bienvenida, parecía que le molestaba que uno vaya y lo primero que nos decía era cuanto tiempo nos podíamos quedar, nos hizo sentir que nos hacía un favor en atendernos.

Liked · My room was superb. Big bed, great pillows. I had a small balcony. The room was light and airy, with a great shower and bath. Staff were first class. Food amazing. Breakfast was very good.

The gym was small and not very well equipped.

Ubicado en la marina, puedes ir caminando hacia pier 7 donde están muchos restaurantes. Alquilamos unas scooters justo abajo y recorrimos toda la marina así. La habitación está muy bien, con vistas a la marina. Tienen parking gratuito lo cual viene muy bien ya que alquilamos un coche para poder movernos por la ciudad más cómodamente. Tienen piscina que a pesar de no ser muy grande tiene unas vistas muy chulas entre los rascacielos.

El hotel ofrece desayuno en el restaurante de abajo que es de Máster Chef. Hay que bajar muy temprano ya que si no hay bastante tiempo de espera pues viene gente de fuera también a desayunar. El desayuno buffet con varias opciones pero muy normalito.

Very good location, just a couple of minutes away from DMCC metro&tram station. Also very close to Dubai Marina. Big malls just a metro station away. Very spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff were excellent. Kind and always ready to help you with whatever you may need.

Even though the room was ready I had to pay for half a day to check in a couple hours early. Could have been a smaller charge or even no charge.

It was super clean and in a fantastic location for Dubai Metro train line, Dubai Tram, Dubai Marina Mall and the Dubai Marina with all the shops, cafes and restaurants you could ever want. The buffet breakfast was lovely. From freshly cooked eggs, cereal, fruit, pastries, toast with spreads, pancakes it had it all. It was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to the beautiful Jumeriah Public beach. 3 minute walk to the Dubai Metro Station. 2 minute walk to the Dubai Tram station that takes you back and fourth from the hotel to the palm and then around the marina. (I highly recommend purchasing a 1 or 3 Day Pass as you can use it on both the Train and Tram and buses). The beds in the rooms were super comfortable and HUGE! The bathroom was lovely with a great sized shower and bath tub. Robes provided. Tea, Coffee and Chai Tea were provided as well. The balcony was lovely and was a welcomed addition to sit out with morning coffee and or evening drink. The swimming pool was lovely. Great size and depth for everyone to have a good time while cooling off in the heat of the day.

FYI the very limited number of sun loungers at the swimming pool are first come first serve. So if they are all taken you will go on a waitlist for the next ones to become available. I would highly recommend walking 10 - 15 minutes to the beautiful Jumeriah Beach with a beach towel and soaking up the sun there. The views are better as well and you aren’t right by the busy main road so it’s more peaceful.

Хорошее расположение для делового пребывания - близко такси и метро. Т.е. нет проблем с транспортной доступность в отличие от прибрежных отелей на Марине, где очень перегружен подъезд к отелям. Достойные завтраки. Номер был на 12-м этаже. Очень хорошая уборка номера, современный дизайн. Спасибо персоналу. Отель заслуживает твёрдые 4*.

Номер выходил на оживленную трассу. Несмотря на то, что номер находился на 12-м этаже, было достаточно шумно.
