It was my second stay in this amazing hotel, from the main door till pool all the staffs was amazing. they smile they respect and they are always ready for any kind of help. i stayed with my family twice and i felt the same comfortable. even i extend one night stay. i like SPA, Pool and the Turkish restaurant. keep on doing good job, Great Hotel in Dubai without any second thought.

Everything was perfect. Thank’a to all staff especially I would like to say THANK YOU to Vinoth Kumar (Duty Manager). He is a really big professional of his work. Staff on the reception and and on the pool were so kind and helpful. I was surprised when I came back to the hotel in the evening on my birthday and saw the heart, flowers and etc from the hotel. Undoubtedly I would recommend to my friends your hotel and I will definitely stay in your hotel on my next arrival.

The staff were only helpful when I left after staying for two hours. The pictures were decieving online. The room smelled of mould The area felt unsafe. The hallways were very noisy with other guests playing loud music I was unable to relax so I left, without staying.

very close the metro station, they were cooperative as I requested a room with bathtub and they gave me another room with bathtub (was available only in a smoking rooms but it’s okay)

- We liked that the hotel was in close proximity to the metro station, that there was a supermarket nearby and restaurants just at the bottom of the hotel. - The size of the one bedroom suite was great. - We also really appreciated the staff. They were professional and really nice. Even accommodating us when we asked for a room upgrade at the last minute.

- We felt that the room was not really clean even when they cleaned it. Floors were dirty. - There was also quite a bit of noise from the outside.

Extremely good location. The street is quite crowded and noisy but hotel rooms are well soundproofed and the street does not disturb. Big room, good service, very responsive personelle The hotel is in two minutes from the Red line metro with easy access to all main touristic POI in the city. Quite good international restaurant in the hotel and very good Turkish trestaurant in the same building literally next door to the hotel. There are also several supermarkets around. Mall of the Emirates is in walking distance if the weather enables to walk :) The hotel features a pool on the roof and a convenient shuttle to the beach.
