Location and villa size The watchman was cooperative unlike the property manager (D)

Our worst experience in Dubai for the first time. Highly unprofessional property manager. Poorly maintained villa AND it is actually 5 bedrooms inside villa and 2 rooms are completely detached from villa, few steps away from swimming pool. It's isolated annex building. When we arrived, no one was there to show us around despite reminding the host many times. One of the bathrooms downstairs was leaking and dirty. Lamps were broken. One of the window locks was broken. The host told us that it will be fixed next day instead of trying his best to sort all issues the same day. Weird stains on beds which was disgusting. Host (Mr.D) was extremely rude and not accepting that the bathroom camode was leaking and in worst condition. He was in denial. Then he still had the audacity to ask for AED 5000 deposit despite telling him several issues with property. We told him to fix all issues first which was not done in time.

It was spacious + very good location

It needs to be cleaned and the carpets changed.. they were disgusting

The villa was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!
