Apartment is spacious. Very calm and quiet hotel and location. Breakfast very well organized.

Check In took very long time, almost 4 hours.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. A member of staff, Jason, made my stay much better by accommodating to my health needs. I have claustrophobia and was initially offered a room that was not suitable, but Jason was very helpful and understanding. He offered an alternative room which improved my stay greatly. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping staff were nice. Staff who helped with luggage were also very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good. During the stay, there was a variety of offered food from different cultures. A certain selection of the food was alternated each day. The gym was well equipped with machines and weights.

It was initially difficult to deal with the front desk and have a room catering to my health needs. However, Jason was thankfully very helpful and offered a great room.

We enjoyed our stay. There was nothing to complaint about.

Рада что выбрала этот отель. Просторные номера,комфортабельная кухня со всем необходимым оборудованием. Уборка у нас была по запросу, но предоставляли все что попросишь и сразу. Расположение чуть подальше от центра, но предоставляется автобус по расписанию до ДубайМолла и метро. Персонал замечательный. Один совет: не приобретайте экскурсии в отеле. Очень дорого и неоправданно.
