From the moment we arrived, the reception team welcomed us with warm hospitality that made us feel at home, especially when my wife was unwell and needed rest. Their generosity in anticipating our needs was touching and reminded us of the power of genuine care. During our breakfasts, the restaurant became a space of connection and joy, where our daughter Sofia was treated like a princess and we were guided on a culinary journey through the flavors of India. The attention and concern of the staff for the well-being of our family, even during challenging moments like check-out when my daughter was unwell, left us speechless. More than just a hotel, the Taj Dubai was a sanctuary of hospitality and love, where every interaction, every smile, and every gesture reminded us of the beauty of humanity. We left with hearts full of gratitude and the certainty that we will return, not only for the comfort and luxury of the place, but for the unparalleled warmth we found there. Nothing to Complain About: A Flawless Stay at Taj Dubai

We upgraded to a high floor Taj Club room. Views of the Burj Khalifa and we could also see the Water Fountain show. These rooms also give access to smaller breakfast room which was very nice and also had an afternoon tea and a happy hour. The food was fantastic. Pool area was also very nice and well staffed. Staff all over the complex were very friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend and stay again.

What is not to like about the Taj? The service is impeccable and they consistently go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The hotel room was absolutely beautiful and spotless with the view of the Burj Khalifa being the icing on the cake. Every single staff member I came in contact with were phenomenal and so polite. The breakfast is great and has a large variety of items. I want to give a special shout out to Henry, the security guard on site who assisted me when my taxi driver did not have a working card machine and I didn't have enough dirhams and there was no close ATM. Out of the kindness of his heart without being prompted, provided me with the money to pay the driver once I reached my destination and said I could pay him back whenever I returned. He never even asked for my name or room number! That is above and beyond!! Thank you Henry for your help and kindness to a stranger.

El personal maravilloso desde el momento de la llegada. Relación calidad precio estupendo. La ubicación top, al lado del Dubai Mall. Todo perfecto.
