The person in charge was nice and helpful.

It is described as having parking, but in fact it doesn’t. You have to look for parking in the area, which is almost impossible. If I knew it didn’t have parking I’d have rented something cheaper. Also, there were not pillow covers, and not enough towels. I had to call and ask for toilet paper… The apartment was not clean at all.

We were overall very satisfied! If there is something one does not understand, I suggest to just discuss with the host. I am sure he will do his best to solve the issue, as possible for him.

It's OK for a couple (if they're hearing impaired) not more than two people.

This room is located right above a very busy and noisy main road with high and loud traffic 22 hours a day, so we couldn't sleep. The bed sheets had stains, the freezer was blocked with ice so we couldn't use it. The apartment can work for a couple but not for four people as described in the listing (the futon is not comfortable). The owner was extremely rude and shouted at us on the phone when we asked him how to get in, he wanted us to pay the VAT in cash through a local app and we couldn't because we're not Israeli residents, we ended up paying with a credit card (on top of what we paid through booking.com) and he got a better attitude. I don't recommend it at all (we didn't choose this apartment, we had to take it because the apartment we chose in advance, appeared to be a scam).

0. There are hidden fees and VAT for non residents (~$77). The total price for one day is $145 1. No hot water to take a shower more the 2 minutes. 2. Very cold in the room 3. No reception 4. It’s not possible to leave luggage before check-in time 5. Late check-in (14-15)

BUYER BEWARE! I have never had to do this, but feel an ethical responsibility to warn others. I am a graduate student and went on to booking. com to find an affordable quiet place to write my thesis. Immediately after making my reservation, I saw that I was charged 175 shekel fee for housekeeping. I called the host (David) within SEVEN minutes of making my reservation to tell him that I couldn't afford this and would need to cancel my reservation. He asked me to call him in twenty minutes, which I did, but he didn't pick up. nor did he the second, third or fourth time. FINALLY got a call back over two hours later. ... I understand there was a no cancellation fee. I get that. However, the probability that someone was booking in that seven minutes is very slim. At the very least I should have been refunded for the second night. (it was a 2 night reservation.) But what really blew my mind is that I got charged 175 shekel for housekeeping for an apartment that I didn't even STAY in!!! And yet, he refused to refund that as well. It doesn't matter how beautiful a place it is, how convenient the location, if the host's odorous unprofessional attitude/actions over takes the very experience he ostensibly intends to provide.
