A wonderful and relaxed place to stay in the middle of the city but in a quiet spot

A nice appartment with lots os space in a condominium in the centre of Paris. Lots of restaurants, facilities and supermarkets in the neighbourhood. A big public parling for the car and metro stations 5-10 mins walking. Quick answer by mail and phone. Wonderful stay

One of the toilets was broken and there was no change to repare it...as we were 6 it was a little bit difficult. I think the agency tried to solve the problem but there was no plumber available

Exceeded our expectations, wonderful 5-day family stay.

Perfect apartment for two couples to share; a light, spacious 'home', very well equipped, two full-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, very quiet overlooking a large garden courtyard. Elevator an advantage, convenient location.

Perfect apartment for a large family/group.

Spacious apartment, very clean, perfectly equipped with anything one may need. Great location, in a quiet area in the city center, close to a metro/bus station, from where it‘s quick and easy to get to any place in Paris. There is a supermarket and several bakeries nearby. Easy check-in and check-out.

Exceptional

We were travelling with the baby, and it was the super right place. There was everything we need: a kitchen with the all equipment, a washing machine, a wide bathroom, the flat is big enough and has a central location. So many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets around... 5 min walking distance to the metro. Very near to Champs Elysees.

Dishes and cups are nearly all broken, have cracks, and need to be renewed.

Superb

The location is perfect, steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. Walking distance (we like to walk a lot) to almost all attractions. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Also very quiet yet in the center of town.

Basic things like a second towel or changing towels at all were missing. Some toilet paper was left and we had to buy more. Or kitchen roll in the kitchen. The door handle in one bathroom was broken and when you try to close it and the handle stays in your hand :)

Enjoyable and comfortable apartment

The apartment was fairly large, well stocked and comfortable. It was in a great central walkable location, near the Arc du Triumph, yet on a quiet side street with 3 apartment buildings with a central courtyard after the security gate. Rooms as advertised - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus good size central area with open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. 2 fans (could have used 1 more as we were there during a heat wave). Fridge, freezer, stove, oven, washer, dryer, hair dryer). Towels, bedding. We were 3 blocks from the metro and there were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

As the key had to handed over personally, the meeting time needed to be set in advance and was firm (which can be a challenge when arriving internationally, given the current airport delays). There was only one key, so our family had to stay together or make arrangements for meeting to get in whenever we went our separate ways. Couldn’t get the TV to work, but that may have been user error. Overall, minor inconveniences.

Location was good and secured apartment

Travel agency was managing the communication with me on behalf of booking . Com which was mentioned during booking the apartment that the parking is available and reservations is required but when I confirmed the booking and communication managed by Travel Agency they did not provide me the parking even I did the reservations during the booking . Also, internet WiFi was not working and when I did the communication with Agency they were trying to not holding the responsibility by telling me to on and off the internet but even though not seceded to have internet is working . In other words, The Travel Agency played with me bad game to take my money without providing my Humble requirement. Booking must change the Agency to keep his Image.

Nice apartment in great location

Location is quiet, but close to Arc de Triumph. Great local restaurants.

Linens were comfy but scratchy. Wifi was really spotty.
