Lovely apartment in a great location in the upper village - very comfy and cosy and facilities on site were good. Host was very responsive to any queries and we had a great stay.

apartment was comfortable. the tv didn't work initially but we phoned the owners and they told us to plug it into n electrical outlet that worked.
the cleaning fee is outrageous! the fee was buried in the booking.com website and was another $100 on top of the advertised price. It feels like a bait and switch scam to me. paying $100 for a cleaning fee for one night (about 14 hours total), asking us to run the dishwasher, etc. on top of the fee is over the top.

The kitchen was even equipped with basic food, plus all the hyg. needs. No need to buy anything.

The AC hardly cooled the place down.

The new renovation is good but it will be better if I know the property name “Marquise” then I would not have arranged inaccurate delivery and pick up point. Otherwise location is okay with free shuttle to the village right outside the premise.

Kiersten is super helpful and friendly. We had a great time here and do look forward to coming back to Whistler again.
