This house has spectacular views of downtown Juneau and the surrounding mountains. Everything was very clean and all the beds were comfortable. Some of our group hiked the trails above the house and you could walk to downtown Juneau ( maybe 1 1/2 miles). I would recommend you have a car at this location because of the climb back up the hill. The bus also runs every 30 min. along 3 rd street.

Clean up to date property. Check in was easy beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The only other was a poor internet signal downstairs, upstairs was good. Would definitely stay again

We been to Juneau several times but the first effort to seek a VRBO facility. We were “winners" in selecting the facility. Awesome location and a wonderful view of the bay. Highly recommended! Exceptional facility that is well maintained and outfitted with all the items any group would need. The host takes care of the facility so our needs were met. Just can't say enough on how wonderful the facility, location and view are for anyone seeking a place to stay in Juneau. We hope to be making this our "place" to stay during our next trip up to Juneau in May of 2019. The place was their number 1 recommendation, and all the family that came to visit agree, it is the number 1 place to stay. The front room with the kitchen, dining room and living room is where we spent 95% of our time while awake in the house. The views were ever changing and always lovely - the City of Juneau and looming mountains were very appealing.We used the two king bedrooms and found them both to be very comfortable! The kitchen was decently outfitted - nothing special, but all the basics were there. The bathrooms only had towels and toilet paper provided so bring your own toiletries, hair dryer and hand soap! When there were people staying in the adjoining space, we were pleased that we couldn't hear them in general, but surprised we could clearly hear the thumps of them using the stairs. Must be how they are built into the building. Not a big deal - except early in the morning and late at night.Overall, we were very pleased with the space. We would definitely stay here again in future trips!

This was an excellent experience, from the very clear information provided by Annabelle and Eli to their flexibility in allowing us to check in early. The house is comfortable, spotless, filled with things anyone would need - from laundry soap to tissues - and a very easy ride into town. Not to mention the spectacular view from the living space and the walkable neighborhood. We ended up hiking a beautiful trail on our first day that we picked up just a street away from the house. Simply a terrific home and one we'd certainly return to in the future.

We enjoyed our 5-day stay at this property - it is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood away from any traffic, the view is beautiful overlooking the channel and Juneau, rooms were clean and ready. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need including outside grill and related utensils. The Wi-Fi is present but Internet connection a bit slow, but usable. TV does not have many channels (5 or 6) but I guess no one would spend much time watching TV while in Juneau.We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Juneau.

From the moment of arrival to the time we checked out of our rental, we absolutely loved our entire stay! The location is close enough to the downtown area, but yet far enough to avoid the cruise ship crowds. The rental had everything necessary for an awesome trip, you only need to supply your own food should you choose to cook. The view from this rental is absolutely stunning too!!! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, always available when I had questions about anything! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for lodging in the Juneau area. I certainly plan on staying here again if I’m ever in the Juneau area! Honestly I can’t say enough about how wonderful the whole experience was!!! Thanks Elijah and Annabelle for sharing your home with us, we had the time of our lives!!!

Amazing home! We were so lucky to find this great home in Juneau for our vacation. Everything was perfect - beautiful decor, great location, awesome kitchen and bathrooms, AND a washer and dryer. Couldn't have asked for more.

This was a great 'home base' for our adventures in Southeast Alaska! Clean, comfortable and in a great, quite neighborhood.

As described, the views are spectacular from the open great room, overlooking all of Juneau, Mount Juneau, Mount Roberts and the Gastineau Channel from this perch on Douglas Island. This is a new modern home with comfortable stylish furnishings. With limited hotel options in Juneau, this home was a perfect alternative. The owners are experienced property managers and have outfitted this home with everything needed. We cooked several meals here, and spent great evenings playing cards with the amazing view. The location is in a cliffside very upscale residential neighborhood, with total privacy, and next to a mountain trail. Downtown is just a mile away, and this location was a great home base for exploring the regional sights like the glacier, a mine tour, whale watching and tons of trails. Best of all was the affordability. We found Alaska to be generally expensive. We were a party of six, this home provided three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open kitchen/dining great room for socializing, amazing views, uncluttered style, all-new home with new furniture paired with simple antiques accents, friendly and helpful professional property managers/owners. Unbeatable elsewhere in Juneau. A wonderful experience all around, highly recommended.

Excellent location, gorgeous views. Very easy for four adults and two teens to live comfortably for nearly a week. Cooked many meals at home in well equipped kitchen. Excellent appliances. One of our best vacation rentals ever.
