This home was fantastic for our stay. It was clean and there were plenty of amenities included. The host, Terry, left plenty of clear instructions to assist with anything we would need. I highly recommend this home to anyone travelling to the area.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Spacious master bedroom & fair sized other rooms. Loved the pool & hot tub! It was a pretty little spot close to all that central Florida offers.

We chose this location as we had days planned at both Disney and Universal. This VRBO is located right in the middle so it was about a 20 minute drive with traffic no matter which park we were going to.
The heated pool was the perfect temp (our stay was filled with cooler days)!
Communication with Terry was a breeze and my one request was immediately taken care of.
The reminders for trash/recycling was so handy, because I definitely would have forgotten - and nobody wants trash sitting for weeks!
Lately I’ve been hearing tons of horror stories of VRBOs canceling days before trips and I was worried - so so glad we booked with Terry so we had nothing to worry about!!
We’re already planning another trip and will be staying here again! This time with the whole fam!

Wonderful short weekend stay! This home is located in a peaceful community, with the backyard overlooking a greenbelt area, which allows for wildlife to be plentiful during the visit. We were fortunate enough to see deer come visit the backyard from that area during the visit! The home itself has been well maintained, very clean and nicely decorated. The host has taken the time to leave plenty of instructions and information on how everything works, how to operate everything in the home as well as information about checking in and out. The host was very responsive since initially booking. We would definitely recommend this home for a stay as well as look to it for a return stay!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The quiet area where it is located is a blessing when you just want to relax away from the busy tourist attactions. The pool and hot tub are awesome and a huge plus after spending hours walking the theme parks. The hot tub definately rejuvinated aching leg muscles! You are so close to 192 and all the shopping places you could ever need. The house has everything you would expect to have in your own home. Including cellphone chargers kids can't live without! There were spices, sugar, kureg pods and plent of utensils and cookware. Tons of towels and linens along with a couple of bikes and golf clubs to borrow. I felt the beds were comfortable, but others did not. That is personal preference and did not impact the quality of the stay. Terry was an amazing host and was available to answer any questions we had. He has QR codes around the house with video instructions on how to interact with all features of the house. (Alarms, thermostat, etc.) The furniture is all in excellent condtion and the home is very clean. I can't wait to come back. You will have an amazting stay so don't delay, book today!

In on word, AMAZING! The whole process from initial booking to arrival, stay and check out was an easy and great process.
Terry (the host), has been very accommodating and helpful, often responding to any enquiries within a very short period of time (given the time differences involved).
The villa is very well laid out and equipped, it really is a home from home. Location wise, it is perfect for easy access to the parks, local Walmart, WaWa, Target etc. and easy to get onto main routes such as the 192, I4 etc for Old Town, I Drive and beyond to Kennedy Space Centre for example. It is about a 30 minute drive to/from MCO airport (depending on traffic).
The villa is spectacular and equipped with everything you need. There were even some frozen ice packs in the freezer compartment if you need them for a cool box when out and about. My children loved the pool and hot tub!
The coffee machine was fab too along with the huge selection of coffee pods available. If you decide to stay in and cook (as we did occasionally), you have everything you need as there is a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Everything is simply perfect. Do not have any hesitation about booking this amazing villa. The villa is the best and Terry is an amazing host. I cannot rate Terry and the villa highly enough.
We are already planning a return visit.

Great place to stay no complaints! The kitchen was equipped for lots of cooking even though we didn’t do much cooking. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice. It was a bit big for our family of 3 but we wanted a place with a pool while we were passing through and this was the best price. Host leaves lots of instructions in case you run into any problems

Had a wonderful week with our grandchildren. The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The house and pool were clean and well kept, and had everything we needed. The host (Terry) was friendly and helpful. The location was great - close to Disney and Universal, and not too far from the Kennedy space center. We would definitely stay there again if we take a trip to that area.

Wonderful location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great places to eat and local entertainment. Will definitely stay again. Perfect spot to get to all of Orlando’s attractions. Pool was definitely a huge hit.

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with this rental. Terry was incredible with communication leading up to the rental date and we were even able to arrange to check in a little early. The amenities in the home are wonderful- nearly everything you could need for a delightful stay. The pool was heated as was the hot tub and both were very clean. The pool deck was furnished and allowed us to spend much of our time outside. The home was well cleaned and we were provided enough household goods for our stay including trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, pool towels, etc.
I cannot recommend this home enough.
The location was great - plenty of options for shopping and eating nearby and it was only a 20 minute drive to Disney springs and the Disney resorts.
10/10 will book again!

This villa is ideally located with easy access to everything you could want on a trip to Orlando/Kissimmee, we really enjoyed our stay and are looking to return in 2024.
The host Terry is very approachable and helpful, cannot say we would want for more than this villa, highly recommended.

The home is close to Disney, which we enjoyed for a few days. The pool was nice and very private because their sunny yard backs up to nature. A nice week overall 🙂

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, there were enough bathroom essentials for all 6 of us, and the washer and dryer were so nice to use! The communication with our host was great. Any questions I had, he was very responsive. We enjoyed the security locks in place and felt safe in the neighborhood. After enjoying our adventures throughout the day, it was nice to come back to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The hot tub could have been warmer, but it was still enjoyable. There were enough kitchen essentials for cooking our own meals with a nice table in the dining room and smaller table in the kitchen. This place was perfect for us with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only suggestion I have is more lighting in the pool area, but overall, very satisfied with our stay and the residence.

Terry’s home was very clean, as described, and super close to Disney. He had helpful QR codes around the house linking to videos for how to use a lot of the features in the home. Lots of room for the family, and the pool was great too. Highly recommend

We enjoyed the villa. It was very well maintained and had everything we needed. Loved the private backyard with pool and hot tub. Enjoyed watching butterflies, the stars and even saw a deer. Very nice stay, and close to all yhe disney and universal activities.

This Villa is located in the perfect spot, backing onto a conservation area. So peaceful to sit and have your morning coffee at pool side. A very quiet community close to all amenities and all the Disney Parks. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a hit with our grandchildren and of course the adults. The layout of this home is perfect for two families. Terry our host was amazing. So friendly and very responsive to our communications to any questions we had.

This house was great. We had 4 adults and a 7 year old child. The house was nice and clean and the amenities were awesome. It was only a 15-20 minute drive to the parks. The host did a large number of barcode scan stickers around the house that linked to videos telling you about how things worked, which was something we never saw before but worked great. Overall, for a much less expensive alternative to Disney properties but equal amenities, this place is has everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Terry's house. The pool and outdoor area were perfection and the house had everything we needed. We loved watching birds and wildlife from the patio and the location was convenient to theme parks, shopping, and restaurants.

This is a beautiful, spacious property that is well maintained and located about 25mins from Disney in a quiet neighbourhood.
The host is helpful & responsive. The property has everything you would need. There are even a series of QR codes around the house should you need help with anything.

Wonderful vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was lovely and the pool was fantastic. It felt very private there and we loved seeing the deer. We had a problem immediately with our teenage son trying to go out to the pool and setting off the alarm but that was an us problem- haha. The owner had great communication and was very responsive when we messaged him. We would definitely be back!!

We had a nice weekend stay in this house with a family of eight (four teens, one toddler and three adults) so we could go see the Trans Siberian Orchestra on Saturday night. Everything was in great shape and suited our needs perfectly. The owner is a really good communicator and answered me very quickly when I had questions.

We had a nice weekend stay in this house with a family of eight (four teens, one toddler and three adults) so we could go see the Trans Siberian Orchestra on Saturday night. Everything was in great shape and suited our needs perfectly. The owner is a really good communicator and answered me very quickly when I had questions.

Stayed for 5 days for a Disney World vacation with the family. The property is great, the pool was the main attraction for my children and the house has everything you'll need. If you have any questions, and I ask a lot of them, the owner Terry is great with getting back with a response very quickly.
