Excellent Apartment Very spacious One double bed and 2 fold out beds in the living room if needed. Central Location with everything you need on your doorstep Great staff on site Rooms cleaned everyday and towels and toiletries topped up. Big fridge freezer Two hob electric cooker Kettle Cutlery and crockery provided. All in all great place to stay and would definitely recommend it. Very safe and secure with 24 hour staff presence.

There was no safety deposit box in the room. Reception offered to store valuables if you wanted them to but we decided not to.

The hotel was perfectly located, the suite spacious, comfy, and very clean. Complimentary water, coffee and tee were provided.

There was a bit of nauseous sewer smell coming back up from the air vent in the bathroom one evening.

Chambre grande, lumineuse, propre, et bonne literie. Quartier sympa et calme. Ahmed nous a bien accueilli. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Norah Suites Hotel. Merci.

Location is very accessible to all the kind of shops,restaurants and bakery. walking distance to 2 shopping malls, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Apartment had all the facilities and they provided straight away whatever we asked for. apartment was very clean.specially the bathroom. Kitchen had lots of utensils plus big sized fridge and freezer.lots of storage cupboards. Lots of towels,extra pillows and duvet provided. Contemporary design. Good big size apartment

The duvet covers could be more clean. They were all washed but some stains were still there. Sofa cover needs changing in basement floor.as it had rips in some areas.

Spacious and very good if you have a family. Location is excellent near a very vibrant area.

Everything for such as location, team are cooperative and friendly , flat is totally clean, the price is good, I will select the same place in the near future, its very close also to restaurants, market and main road shops

the view of some flats is to shaft ,no ramp for baby trolley but the reception team are helpful

I was so happy with everything Mr. Ahmed was so nice and helpful!!! He supported us alot during our holiday and very clean

Reception was welcoming whenever you needed something they were always quick to respond. The hotel/suite EASILY accommodates 6 people and is well layed out.

Room cleaning didn't come once but easily fixed with a phonecall

If you going to stay on 1st(s) of May ,get up and get out to city earlier otherwise you face closed metro, street... by riot police then u have to walk to reach not restricted area.

Everything was excellent. The location, the cleanliness of the place, and very suitable for families. The reception staff, Ahmed and Qusay, are very helpful and welcoming.
