Location wise it’s perfect
The beds are rather on the thin side and do make it hard to sleep well.

Location is pretty much spot on. Ueno/Okachimachi is close and Akihabara is a walking distance. + Shin-Okachimachi and Naka-Okachimachi provide enough simple ways to take subway to almost everywhere. The staff are friendly too, and cleaning gets done very well.
Room was pretty clean but not dustless. Space behind the TV could benefit from good vacuum cleaning. Also one thing to note is that room is pretty small. For two twin beds. there was almost no room left to hang clothes(2 hangers over one bed) or open your luggages. But, we didn't struggle too much after a few days and got used to it.

The hotel is very clean and quiet - I love that a micorwave oven is available to reheat food from outside.

Very good reception and hospitality. The location is great for visiting akihabara and asakusa / kappabashi street, they are 15-20 minutes walking but there is also a station close by. We stayed here for one night. The room is a bit bigger than others for similar budget in tokyo.
Very nice looking hotel and room. The open air rooftop bath was also a unique and wonderfull experience!
The beds are a bit hard but still comfortable
6.0
The room was as small as many other hotels in Tokyo, but organized in a way that made it feel even smaller and unpractical.
7.0
quiet neighbourhood; rooftop private bath available to guests; reasonably short walk to Okachimachi metro and main JR stations;
no space at all for luggage despite deluxe double room. had to open my luggage on the bed itself. barely any space between shower-toilet-bed-door. not the easiest place to locate unless use Google map or similar; sink seemed way too small; everything offered in a tiny space which seem to have made the room look cramped.

The location is convenient for shops and transport.
The room is tight and almost all occupied by the bed. There was no breakfast available

Great location friendly staff near train station and akihabara
Room is very small even by japan standards not much room to do anything but sleep not recommended if you like to relax in a room during your stay mostly just good for a base to sleep and shower

Cute boutique hotel. Everything is so new. Got everything you need for staying.
Our type of room is so small. There's not enough room to open the luggages.

Small, cozy hotel & room with an optional rooftop open-air bath, which we enjoyed on our last night in Tokyo. Within a walking distance from Okachimachi station and Ameyoko shopping area.

The room was pretty, clean and very functional. The beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Asakusa and Ueno.
There are currently constructions next to the hotel, beginning at 7am. The noise is very loud so I don't recommend you to go for some time.

The location was pretty good, the theme/vibe was cute, and everything was impeccably clean.
Our room was right next to the smoking area, so even though we specifically asked for a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong and defeated the entire purpose. And to confirm other reviews, the room with twin beds is extremely tiny and very difficult to maneuver around; so much so to the point that it made our entire stay uncomfortable. The mattress on the beds were thin and hard too, so combined with the smoke smell, we couldn’t get a good night’s sleep at all. I’ve stayed at Motel 6s at the same price range ($80/night) and they were far superior.

Nice shower
Fast Wi-Fi
Staff was nice
Interesting looking and well lit room and hotel's interior
Roof top bath is literally the cherry on the top, I loved it.
Relatively close to Akihabara, for those who care.
Forgot necklace when I checked out, notified them about it that day, 5 days later got text they found it and to tell them the address where to send it. I was still in Tokyo, just different part of it, so I just came to pick it up. Thank you!
Room felt a little dusty even when I arrived.
Wi-Fi was fast, during my 30 day stay it was down twice.
For Japanese standards of hotels it might be soundproofed, but for example Apa hotels have less sound proofing on the other hand everyone knows that and tries to be as silent as possible, guests here, myself included, weren't the most silent ones.
Cleaning duty in other rooms woke me up multiple times cause it was noisy, but since it was usually after noon I think, simple solution would be just going to sleep earlier than 4 AM.

the mattress was really hard, couldn’t sleep well

Great view of Tokyo Sky Tree and near a very nice station with shops and lots of restaurants. Also in a quiet neighborhood. The room was also nice too!
The bed was very hard and we only had 2 small
pillows (1 for each of us). Would have preferred a softer bed and more pillows. Room was a little small with our luggage and both of us but we could manage.

Nice, unique decor. The location was very good as well, close to Okachimachi station and Ameyokocho, Ueno, etc. Very nice staff.
No cooling function on AC, so room was a little hot. Then, we wanted to sleep with the windows open, but there were no screens on the windows so mosquitoes got in. So, we were a little too warm in the room. Furthermore, the room was smaller than I expected, a little cramped with 2 people.

Very friendly staff, nice amenities, great for foreigners. Shower was so nice. The beds were very comfortable and the private open air onsen for reservation (for extra charge) on the roof had a lovely view of Tokyo Tower. They even had massages available for extra charge though I didn't end up getting one. Very clean overall
There was a few hairs floating around in the Onsen that were from previous reservations but I don't know if that's typical because it's technically a shared bath (having one guest in each time slot) even though they change the water for each guest.

there were some amenities such as lotion and face wash.
shower was good enough and the bed was comfortable.
far from the station a bit
couldn’t use Roten bathe due to the weather

Me and my partner like everything here except for one thing. It’s too bright for mornings coz they didn’t have the curtains to cover the windows.
No curtains.
