Very kind staff, location was beautiful, access to sea on good weather days

Not well air conditioned in public areas like reception and indoor dining areas, hard mattresses, pool opens late and closes early

The staff were extremely friendly, and amazing service. The facilities were great and always clean. Good spread of the buffet for breakfast and dinner. I would have enjoyed gluten-free options and do require more vegan/veggie options

People reserved the sun loungers ahead of time with towels, despite being told in the instructions not to. Something needs to be done about this. Would have loved gluten-free bread options and more vegan/vegetarian options. Wifi strength needs to be improved

The location

- location is fine if you have a car - view was cool - stuff was very nice and friendly

- food was not amazing, as most of people’s states in their comments - half board didn’t include drinks on the dinner, even water. We got an offer to buy it for 4e / per day / per person and it didn’t include alcohol. We didn’t eat everyday in the hotel and we couldn’t get drinks for some days only but for the whole stay. That was very disappointing - soundproofing needs improvement, you could hear everything through the wall but the most disturbing was night entertainment. We were on 10th floor and we couldn’t sleep till midnight because of loud music every day. We were not all inclusive guests and we were sightseeing the whole day. - they state that there is no reservation of chairs which is not true, people were running early in the morning to put towels on chairs. At 10:30 nothing was available anymore and half of chairs were still empty. That’s a shame.

Decent gym

Pictures looked nicer than actual facility and appeared resort was on the beach. Also, food was terrible. Resort too loud and too crowded.

Loved the location and the all inclusive part

The food was not the best for the price. Also, it was really annoying to be able to go to the reception and pay deposit for anything n everything we wanted.

It’s located too far away , recreational stuff like ping pong , pool table etc we’re not working or not in the best condition. The food selection was not the best.

I booked a room facing the sea but when I arrived they put me in a room with a side view of the sea. I showed my book to the receptionist and she didn't bother to solve my problem, she looked at me and told me to solve it with booking.com. Very disregard for the customer, did not even try to help me.

breakfast and dinner is amazing that chefs makes omelettes how u like. they approaches to dinner differently which so nice. All chefs were so friendly and other staffs including great team on the reception view was unbelievable, cleaning is great I would recommend Ali’s CALAS de Mallorca resort to everyone which is far away busy city

bathroom need to renovate a bit which is air conditioning wasn’t working in bathroom smell and heat doesn’t go for long time and I couldn’t find shampoo and washing soup overall they are all small problems but it didn’t effect my mood at the end hotel is good enough to recommend

property views where outstanding couldn’t get any better sea views even from the pool, sun loungers where so comfy. entertainment was good especially the magic show it was very good. wasn’t many queues but due to Oct.

only downside which isn’t there fault, is the flies around the snack bar cold foods, toasties breads etc is covered in flies, they really need something more to cover them. it physically put me off, chips sausages burgers where covered with the metal lids… would have enjoyed a few toastie snacks but ended up with crisps etc at shop as it was so bad I couldn’t eat from it… pool was deep great for diving and playing. maybe a few more games during the day for entertainment, water aerobics and water bingo/polo most days, one of the guys skin isn’t great with chlorine so wasn’t able to join in

Nice view

During our stay at the swimming pool, money "disappeared" from my wallet that was in the room. The only person who was in the room during this period was the cleaning staff. At the reception they treated us as if we were the problem and not the fact. Hotel manager refused to talk to us for an hour. Receptionist would not call police for us even though the phone was right next to her. Compliance handling non-existent at this hotel. Not even heard apology from hotel staff and manager. Very bad and never again. Mass handling. Beds move all night, disastrous for couples.

Location only

Couple of things to mention: - very dirty room (right after the cleaning...) - very poor breakfast and dinner (no choices in case of allergy) , every day the same (for example no mustard for 4 days even if we asked for some or the chef just give me a fried egg with a totally raw egg-white .... cannot believe) - very loud music in the evening (so if you are planning to have some rest, not the best choice) - staff is very disappointing (receptionist cannot speak english, give some misleading information....) Overall very disappointing, best to stay away from the hotel (no way that this is a 4star hotel, worst service ever)

Everything was spotless, food was amazing, views were incredible.

The dessert was very disappointing and some of the cocktails were watered down.

Good size pool / sunbed area

The ceiling of our room was covered in black mould, there was also some on the bed sheets, I have left with an extremely bad cough and have had to book a doctors appointment on return home a si am struggling to breathe. I told the reception staff and shown them the pictures and no one really seemed to care and all they did was give me a complaints form, I received no apology or anything of the sort. Our room had a sea view but was sat above some sort of fan which was extremely loud at night so made it impossible to sleep. The rooms were never cleaned, our floors with filthy. We would get out of the shower and our feet would be instantly dirty. We also noticed the reason why we did not see the mould on the ceiling when we first entered the room, when checking out we noticed a room a couple of doors down from ours, there was staff painting the ceiling! Which shows they are aware they have rooms covered in mould and instead of sorting this out the cover it up instead. This is absolutely disgusting, especially from a 4 star hotel, I’m not sure they realise how dangerous breathing this stuff in can be

It’s a good looking place, there are some really nice beaches nearby.

Most of the staff was unpleasant and I spent half of my vacation waiting for the elevators because they are so slow.

We loved the location and the food was amazing! The stuff was very nice and helpful and it was exceptionally clean!

The groups of tourists were uncontrollable. Most of the day at the pool areas there was some kind of "party" going on. And the fact that almost ruined our vacation was that, even though the was a clear rule stating that the sunbeds are not to be reserved. And we came to find out that the guests would throw their towels on the sunbeds from the night before to reserve them and I would have to wake up at 7 am to be able to have a sunbed.
