The room was clean.

Due to a cancelled flight and and a missed connection I was forced to take an overnight hotel for a 6:30 flight. I arrived at 23:00 but the check-in took exactly one hour. Unacceptable for an airport hotel and something to take note off if you are only going for a few hours of sleep as I did.

Bad value. The most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in (145eur). Very simple bathroom accessories for price. Long walk ro room with luggage. Quite long wait for shuttle

Very close to airport, 24hr small food convenient store in the lobby. Shuttle bus takes less than 10min to airport.

Staff seemed very stressed and in-out experience. No kettle or basic utilities in room, so we’re very limited. As this is obviously mainly used for layovers and cancelled flights should really sell toothbrushes/toothpaste things like this in the 24hr convenient store. TV didn’t work.

It was ideal for an overnight stay before catching an early morning flight the following morning. Rooms were standard, but quiet, and ensured a good night's sleep. It is airside, so when you get up in the morning, it is straight to the airline lounge or departure gate, no queuing for security again.

Bathrooms can be a bit cleaner, fresh smelling. The maids seemed to be in a rush to clean the rooms. They should know. A clean room is a happy room, and a happy room equals a happy customer

The toilet is dirty. The room is too small. The photos on the website is different from the actual hotel

I did not realise that there was a free shuttle bus to the hotel. I therefore paid for a taxi. I got the shuttle bus back to the airport which was fine.

Convenient free airport shuttle bus. Very close to local bus station. Resa and Shai were so helpful.

Shuttle bus is very convenient, because I had my flight at 5.45am! Personals were nice, but this hotel has so many clients that you never get to ask them anything. You have to wait a lot. The hotel is clean and friendly decorated. And even so many guests coming in, it was silent as if the room was sound proof. Bed is nice and comfortable.

The clerk said that she was upgrading the room, giving us a better room. When we got to the room we thought how would have the former room would have been, because it was really small. So small that we barely could open our luggage. This was the smallest room we ever had. The coffee machine broke many times so we had to get it on the 4th floor. On the 4th floor is a buffet restaurant. We wanted to try it but ended up having a cheap sandwich because the buffet was 27,50€ for the few variant of food that looked as if they were cooked two days before. Rice was dry and torte dishes was not appetizing… we paid €60 in one of the best Indonesian restaurant in town, so that buffet felt like ripping up. The hamburger food store was closed at 9pm. Oh well, we had a great time in Amsterdam!
