Proximity to airport is good. The facility is clean.
Customer care is poor. Reception staff do not care about customers, no welcoming faces or small token like a welcome drink? A fresh warm towel for someone from a long trip. It is very disappoint for as long as 7 hours to wait to get a room???? The hotel can not even provide a complementary breakfast or something of the similar while customers wait or hand around!

The location is so perfect, it is great. Just wake up get ready and walk to check-in, no one can ask for a better place.
Imagine for some reason you are running late, you don't have far to go, just slide across the room and you are there.
The place is so clean, that is a next think that I love about this hotel, it is spotless, and cleanliness is my thing especially where hotels are concern, it is no doubt about it, it is one of my favorite hotels. I will be staying there every time I am in the Netherlands on my way out. Thank you for a good experience and a clean beautiful and great hotel.
Sometime the price is a little to steep. Otherwise I can't complain about anything. It is an excellent hotel.

Snelle afhandeling bvij de receptie bij aankomst en vertrek. Heel professioneel. Kamer was super met uitzicht op de startbanen.
Ik denk dat het restaurant overpriced is. Wij hebben in het zitgedeelte iets gegeten en dat was prima.

Newly renovated - feels fresh, clean and bright. Will always be go-to choice to stay overnight when catching early morning flight out of Schiphol.
Bathroom very spacious, well lit and nice ledge/shelf space.
Pillows are soft, would prefer if they are plumper for more neck support.
Water pressure for rain shower a bit weak, would prefer stronger pressure.

Wat mij als Belgische,Vlaamse dame echt stoort is dat er 115 tv-zenders worden aangeboden, maar geen enkele Belgische. Echt storend. Sorry.

スキポール空港直結で大変便利
今回は飛行機でアムステルダム入り（スキポール空港）、翌早朝電車でロッテルダムへの移動だったため空港直結ホテルを選択。中でもシェラトンは空港から一番近いホテルなので少し高いがここを選んだが正解だった。空港からの通路と同じ階にロビー・チェックインカウンターがあるのでわかりやすい。
チェックイン時に少し待たされた。
チェックインロビーが通常のホテルほど広くないため荷物を持った宿泊客でいっぱいになることもある
足を痛めていたためできるだけ朝食の際にビュッフェ近くの席に座りたかったが、朝食会場の席が自分で選べずに案内されたのは少し残念。（スタッフにその旨伝えれば近い席を選んでくれたかもしれないが、今回は特に何も頼んでいない）

Als je een goed hotel wilt op loop afstand van de check in bali voor je vlucht dan is dit 'the place to be'. Verder is er een goed restaurant met fijne bediening.

Ce court séjour au Sheraton Schipol fut absolument parfait. C'est l'hôtel le plus près des terminaux. Nul besoin de sortir de l'aéroport et on peut même garder son chariot à bagages jusque dans la chambre.
L'hôtel est très beau, tout est soigné et pratique à la fois. Le personnel est d'une amabilité extrême. La chambre parfaitement propre, fonctionnelle et jolie. Lit confortable, et oreillers souples comme je l'avais demandé. Je suis enchantée.
