Nicely located next to the train station. It has parking facilities and good breakfast buffet.

The cleaning can be better.

The breakfast was nice. The view was good. The room was big enough. All stuff was always very helpful.

There was a continuous noise coming from the fan in the bathroom. Normally it must switch off when we switch off the light of the bathroom. On the other hand beneath of the beds was never cleaning. After ten days a pile of dust accumulated in there.

The check in process was very smooth and the room was much more spacious than I expected. The service was good and the room was kept in a good condition throughout my stay. I checked out early at 5.30 am but the train was only at 6.00am so the staff kindly suggested that I remain nice and warm in the lobby before making my way to the station. A very nice gesture which I very much appreciated.

Given that I do not use a radiator where I am from and it was late autumn/early winter when I stayed, I would have appreciated some information on how to use the radiator, which I found online on my own.

The hotel is in a great location, its only a couple of minutes walk from the train station and the centre of Leiden, the rooms are very clean and the beds were really comfortable, the rooms were cleaned everyday and towels replaced.The staff were all very friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay

The smell in the room was unbearable

The location - it's awesome. Two steps to the right and you're at the station, two steps to the left and you've got the beautiful canal and the city. It's such a useful location and I'm so happy I booked it. The staff are nice, and the rooms have everything you'd need - some amenities, enough storage, both vertical and horizontal.

I spose the look isn't something everyone would love, since it looks quite old fashioned, but that's a matter of taste. Also, the shower didn't have a door so the floor in the bathroom was always wet.

We had a really lovely stay at the Tulip Inn for our anniversary. The room was extremely clean and beautiful, and the staff were really lovely. The location is amazing - just a 2-minute walk from the train station, and a 5-minute walk from the centre of Leiden.

The only problem was that the air-conditioning was not working in our room, so it was a bit too warm for our liking. However, the staff were very helpful and gave us two Dyson cooling fans to use, which helped a lot.

Breakfast is very good, but should be nice if the breakfast was always until h. 10,30 (not only weekend). Hotel is in a good positions, close to central station Leiden, The staff at breakfast, and reception was nice and friendly. Bathroom very nice, beautiful and spacious shower, all bathroom was really lighting (not like the room) and nice,: great water pressure durig the shower, dryer for hair and toiletries..Very positive. Very nice that around 12 am cames a lady to ask if my room needed a little kleen up: this lady was really nice. I aprecciated that rooms were cleaned in the morning, always before 12 am.

The room was to warm and the window could only be open a little (for security reason of course). The room disapoint me a little because had no safe: when I travel I wish to have a safe in the room for put inside money or other value. It would have been nice if the minibar had been in the room. The lightin in the room was to low: of course there was lights in the room and 2 light at both side of bed, but really "soft": difficoult reed a book. The light in the room were more for "atmosphere" than for utility: would be nice put one or two "led reading light". The only negative thing (not too negative but a little) was the cleaning: the bathroom was cleaning, but the room "seems to" cleaned, but I thing was not really: I spend 1 week by Tulip Inn: the first night falls on the floor, (my side of bed) half of a pill of my medicine, and a safety pin: I was about to pick it up, but was night and I fell sleep: morning after I went for breakfast and later on, when I came back in the room, both pill and safety pin was there.... always on the floor...And they both stay there for 7 days, until sunday, when after 1 week I leave the hotel....So, bathroom was clean but room seem to be clean, but was not that clean....But this critics, that I made are made for "make better" and not for "put down" don't change the fact that my week to Tulip Inn was nice, and sure I advice Tulip Inn.
