The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport which was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very well maintained. The staff were nice and professional. The pool area is lovely. There are lots of lounge areas and sun beds. The gym is well equipped too.

The music playing at the pool was a little annoying. I prefer peace and quiet at a pool and really don't want to listen to music. The biggest disappointment about this hotel however was the food. I had three meals at the hotel and they were all really disappointing. I had a fillet steak for dinner and the meat was so tough. The room service I ordered was also not very good, nor was the breakfast.

room was not equipped with working refrigerator first until I complain. Tea in the breakfast was not hot enough. but they solved the problem. The Humus was with bad taste or expired

the non working refrigerator issue.

The pool was fantastic, warm water and pleasant. The dining area was so relaxing, exactly what we needed after a chaotic day in Ciro. Very high quality food.

This whole glass walls on reception ( which I guess is from COVID period) is on a fine idea anymore. It’s like you are in the bank and you need bend over to hear what they are saying. Toilets next to pool were not serviced well, which it forced me to go back to my room for toilet.

The staff was wonderful and met all our needs. We were only one night in the resort so we opted to have dinner in the Italian restaurant. It was delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly! In the morning we took the shuttle to the airport. Everything went very smoothly. It is an excellent service.

Our bedroom had a bathtub. As a senior with mobility problems, I would have preferred a shower so I wouldn’t have to climb into the tub.

Breakfast was outstanding - the buffet has a variety of hot, cold, local and western food. All fresh and very good. Our first room was substandard - some lights did not work and it was in rough shape with broken moldings, torn curtains. We asked to change rooms and were given a nicely renovated room. Location of the hotel is perfect as it is 15 min from the airport, easy to arrive at after a long flight and easy to get to for the return. I loved the rococo/art deco decor. The attached stables is an added attraction if you like horses.

There are no actual balconies for most of the rooms, so the pics are a bit deceiving. There is also only 1 real pool not 2. The 2nd pool is apparently a kiddie wading pool. But the pool area was not busy - most guests are out touring during the day.

The staff is very friendly & welcoming. Breakfast is good.

The hotel rooms/ furniture are very old. It's still living at the expense of its past glory. For that price, you expect more from the facilities.

Rooms are old, I had a water leakage from the bath lights (very dangerous) and I asked several times to fix or change the room, staff wasn't cooperative they always state that it is fixed while it still exist. Bad customer service

Very clean hotel. Beautiful pool area/gardens. Excellent food at the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner in the main restaurant. The Italian restaurant food was also great. A good gym. Very comfortable bed and good sized room.

The attitude of the staff and the service. The card machine wasn't working at check in and the staff member was unapologetic and dismissively gestured to the ATM to withdrawal the 3000 Egyptian pound deposit. During our 4 night stay, we found consistently that service in the main restaurant was poor. At breakfast and dinner, servers never came for drinks orders, we always had to request. Tables were not cleaned promptly after use so it could be hard to find a space at breakfast. On one occasion I requested milk and was given a used jug from a recently vacated table. As we paid our bill at checkout, we were requested to discuss how we would rate on booking.com and after discussion pressured to rate higher than we planned.

Wonderful hotel. Staff were amazing and the room was lovely. We loved that the hotel was so quiet. It was just what we needed to have some down time before we flew home.

Nothing everything was perfect

staff was amazing. please pay them well, they deserve it. the breakfast food was ok, the falafel were very dry and bland, please season them better. otherwise, everything was great.
