Lovely breakfast, various kind of food.
Close to little India (dangerous), far from marina, humidity in the room. No air conditioning in the elevators, long time waiting for check-in.

Location and service is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfy.
Me and my family had a connecting room. The connecting room's door cannot stayed open and we have to use something to block/stop it from closing which is not convenient. If we have to open and close the door everytime we need to go to the other room, there's no purpose for a connecting room.

The location was good and the room was very clean with clean bed linen and towels.
I didn’t like the faucet in the bathroom as the water sprayed everywhere although I can understand that they’re trying to save water. Also I would have preferred to have an under sheet for the quilt provided.

Common areas had minimal soft furnishing so sounds were echoing and overloud. Staff didn't seem very informed about area and attractions.

-A glass toilet and bathroom door with no rack to hang the towel in it.
-Late check in until 3 pm. we understand the hotel policy, but normally room should be ready before that time.

立地はよく、観光やショッピング、仕事での利用にはとても便利なように思いました。インターネットが速いのと、エレベーターの台数が多いので高層階でもあまり待たされなかったことは良い点でした。蒸し暑いので、3階にあるコインランドリーも助かりました。
ファミリールームに滞在しましたが、部屋は狭めでした。設備はちょっと古いかな…という印象です。日本によくあるビジネスのイメージで行くと良いと思います。

- Too noisy in the evening. Sound proof is too bad
- No cold water in the morning for shower, only hot water (Singapore is hot)

Is not properly maintained. Rooms are small, and rates were too high. Did not have muslim shovers in the toilet.

Sehr verkehrsgünstig ! Mehrere Buslinien vor der Tür; 3 U-Bahnstationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nette Atmosphäre im Hotel. Sehr gemischtes Publikum : alle Altersstufen, aus allen Kontinenten.
Hinter dem Hotel typisch Singapurer foodcourt, Tempel, Markt.

The location is just perfect! It is close to Rochor, Bencoolen and Bugis MRT station and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel that can take you directly to Orchard Road. Room is clean and the housekeeping staff were very nice! They always greet us when we passed by :)
