Die riesige Anlage ist super gepflegt das Frühstück war super das Personal ein Traum und auch das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet der Bootstransfer war immer pünktlich und super easy

Amplasarea, confortul si serviciile oferite - organizarea de excursii direct de la proprietate, cu ghid pus la dispozitie de resort. Micul dejun diversificat, cu produse variate si proaspete, unele preparate chiar in fata clientului, locatia pentru servirea micului dejun, amabilitatea personalului, spatiile verzi din cadrul resortului, masajul de care noi am profitat din plin si a fost senzational. Noi am ales pentru cazare o vila cu piscina proprie si ne-am bucurat din plin de ea, la orice ora din zi si din noapte. Totul demn de admiratie!

Nu au fost aspecte semnificative care sa ne nemultumeasca.

Tout!!!! Le cadre, l'amabilité et la réactivité du personnel. Le petit dej au top!!! Riche et varié, les piscines, les activités en bord de mer gratuite, le service bateau taxi réglé comme une horloge suisse. Si je peux revenir l'année prochaine je réserve le même.

Beautiful resort, boat service/transfer was excellent. Restaurant teams were good and the food generally very good too.

On arrival we were exhausted after travelling, we arrived late and due to the location of our room we asked for room service food (we paid for half board) but were told this was not included. Our initial room was the furthest away from the central resort with no view whatsoever so we decided to upgrade to a garden villa. The hotel refused to take our original booking (fully prepaid) as part payment and we were left feeling very badly treated. Despite many attempts to rectify they were very unhelpful and quite honestly rude. We reached out to the General Manager but received no acknowledgment or response from him either. The garden villas have no privacy as staff wander through the garden area at will to access different areas, our villa maid was seated inside scrolling on her phone one day, we were unsure what she did as our bathrooms were never cleaned, towels not replaced or hung up and other parts of our villa were never cleaned. Our villa came with a pool which had a broken step, we asked the maintenance team to fix which they only partly did making entry to the pool quite tricky. The staff ride around on golf carts in the blistering heat and guests are left to walk, there was no attempt to offer rides to guests and we regularly saw guests struggling with cases too. We wanted to take advantage of the laundry service advertised but this took 5 attempts and chasing. Reception staff were not helpful, often in heated discussions with other guests who were also experiencing poor service. We contacted the hotel about lost sunglasses but have had no response to date. On departure we were asked to wait at the front desk whilst they ‘checked our room’ making us feel like criminals! Surely the purpose of leaving credit card details on arrival takes care of this and any incidentals?

Ocean by the hotel was really dirty and had lots of jellyfish —> there was a shuttle to a nicer beach with clear water tho which was nice

I forhold til vi rejste med 2 børn i alderen 5 og 7 år var det dejligt med rutchebaner og miniclub. Personalet var imødekommende, smilende og gjorde alt for at behage os.

Vi havde bestilt villa med pool, men der var næsten aldrig sol på vores terrasse eller pool, så den blev ikke rigtig brugt, desværre. Synes der manglede lidt mad muligheder.

The staff were friendly and respectful. The toiletries and bathroom felt luxury. The room service brought delicious food and the packaging was well designed. The check in process felt luxury and the boat service is well designed. There is a pool bar that serve delicious cocktails. There was a snake in the bush next to our jacuzzi and reception sent someone straight away to remove it. Although the solution was to scare it into next doors garden. Breakfast was delicious but we were extremely surprised to see a rat scuttling across the restaurant floor which no one seemed to notice or pay attention to

The room was worn and uncomfortable. We changed rooms after the first night. The first room had a leaking air conditioner with water dripping down the walls, grout from the jacuzzi was lifting and was like rocks, the bed was without a doubt the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on in Thailand. The suites are designed so that there are rows and rows so very close to neighbours. The walls were thin in both rooms to the point were you could hear next door coughing so no privacy whatsoever. The front doors are designed so that people have to slam them and it echos. When we changed rooms we were told to go for breakfast then go to our original room and wait for staff to call because the room would be ready in 1 hour. We were left waiting for 3.5 hours. This wouldn’t have been an issue if we had known that because we would have gone out instead of waiting by the phone. The restaurants are very overpriced. It feels like the hotel have took advantage that you are on the island without many options. Tax is added on at the end of the bill which I found strange for Thailand. Can only assume the hotel are trying to make the prices look cheaper until you get the final bill. Overall I wouldn’t return

1_الاستقبال سيئ جدا تم تأخيرنا لساعه كاملة وعند مطالبتهم ما سبب التأخير قالت الموظفة انها مجرد ساعة مع الاسف 2_الخصوصية صفر المسبح مفتوح من جميع الجهات وعمال المنتجع يمرون بجانب الفيلا وعند الطلب من موظفة الاستقبال محادثتهم لكي لا يمرو بجانب المسبح لم تفعل شي 3_طلبنا الغاء الليلة الثانية تم الرفض من قبل الاستقبال لذلك نصيحة للاخوة السعودين خاصة والمسلمين عامة المكان غير مخصص لنا

Pas de baignade du fait que l'aeu n'est pas clair, tres belle piscine, chambre correct mais aucune insonorité

aucune organisation de prise en charge des clients, nous nous retrouvons dans un hall désert, sans aucune assistance, ce qui est très angoissant. Ensuite, nous devons prendre une navette en bateau pour rejoindre l'île, mais il n'y a aucune prise en charge de la part de l'hôtel. Cela complique énormément les choses, surtout après plusieurs heures de voyage

We enjoyed the remoteness of Coconut Island. Yes, there is not much around, but that's why we chose it! The hotel helps arrange boats to a nearby beach at a low cost (20 baht for the boat ride) where you can swim, rent jet skis or ATVS, or sunbathe. On the property itself, we enjoyed the beach club where the drinks and food were fantastic. We had no issues booking boats to and from the mainland. There were times that we booked for one time but wanted to change to another and everyone was incredibly accommodating. The spa experience was lovely and it was the best massage we've had in Thailand!

The water pressure in the shower was quite weak in the afternoons and it would be nice to have more vegetarian options in the dinner buffet.

EVERYTHING 1.they changed our room from sea view to garden view without informing or compensating us 2.private pool is like a public pool where staff and visitors come and go as they please 3.you will be stranded to carry luggage over a steep non safe pier iron slide at check out, no help given even though we asked at reception prior 4.refrigerator is broken took two days of negotiation for them to replace it, no hot water took them a day to fix. 5.ferry requires prior reservation, we made a reservation, but when we arrived at the pier the driver informed us that he requires a ticket otherwise no entry permitted. 6.the villa is old and not very clean. 7.European preferential treatment, you may enjoy this place if you’re European

Das man nicht mit der Hotelkarte das Boot zum Festland nutzen kann … Man muss immer zur Rezeption ein hin und rück Ticket holen und dann noch genau sagen wann wann wieder zurück kommt … schwierig im Urlaub. Um 8 Uhr wird man vom Lärm der Laubbläser geweckt ! Absolutes No Go für ein 5 Sterne Anlage! Hier sollte man an die Gäste denken die nun mal Urlaub haben und nach einer Langen Anreise auch mal länger schlafen möchten!. Der Strand sollte viel öfter gereinigt werden. Auch das Abendprogramm könnte besser sein. Unser Jacuzzi Wasser in der Suite sollte regelmäßig mal gewechselt werden … und die Düsen gingen auch nicht richtig.

Wahnsinnig gutes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hoher Servicestandard. Grandiose Lage. Preis Leistung der Restaurants ist sehr gut. All in all fantastisch!

Früstück -sicher ausreichend Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und der Whilpool im Garten eine nette Abwechslung. Die ganze Anlage ist großzügig angelegt. Das Hotel lockt mit zum Teil attraktive Preisen.

Die Qualität der Speisen eher durchschnittlich! Die Gerichte in den Restaurants eher hochpreisig, bei zum Teil enttäuschender Qualität. Die Interpretation der italienische Küche orientiert sich eher am Bahnhofsvorplatz Niveau. Die Maintainance scheint insgesamt ein Problembereich zu sein: Das Fitness Center glänzt eher durch Roststellen als durch größere Auswahl funktionierender Geräte. Das Ausflugsangebot erscheint einer "Marginerhöhung" unterworfen worden zu sein, oder überschätzt die kommerziellen Möglichkeiten einer Insellage. Die Bikes haben das Schalten verlernt, reichen aber, um die sehr kleine, jedoch recht vermüllte Insel, zu erkunden. Der Strand ist sowohl bei Ebbe als auch Flut eher enttäuschend, ermöglicht aber genauere Beobachtung lokaler Schalentiere.

Die Anlage ist wirklich groß und wird von viel Natur umgeben. Die Suit war wirklich schön Eingerichtet, kleiner Minuspunkt die Zwischenwand ist etwas dünn ;). Der Resort hat eine eigene App mit der ihr euch mit dem Kundenservice kommunizieren könnt, Essen auf Zimmer bestellen oder Aktivitäten oder Spa buchen könnt. War auch wirklich eine einfache und sehr gut Abwicklung.

Je nach Lage des Zimmers längerer Fußweg zur Anlage, wobei das Personal auch gerne einen zum Zimmer fährt wenn ich das Personal drauf anspricht. Wir haben auch mal eine Kakerlake auf dem Balkon erledigt. Ich mein das Hotel kann nichts dafür, das ist der Mensch der sich in die Natur einmischt.

Bella struttura sulla Coconut island, piena di piscine e di attrazioni oltre ai ristoranti ottimi . A me è piaciuta anche se un gradino sotto come qualità complessiva della camera/rifiniture…ugualmente apprezzabilissima. Essendo su isola è esclusiva e non caotica rispetto alla città. Perfetta per famiglie o coppie

Noioso il trasporto con barca da e verso isola che quando è caotico e pieno di persone è una perdita di tempo prezioso, il mare torbo intorno all’isola per il fondale argilloso, per mare cristallino rivolgersi altrove o prenotare verso phi phi island o altre spiagge dell’isola

Unfortunately nothing!

The island doesn't have a beach. The water is with mud, and you can't go inside because it's very uncomfortable due to the dirt. The transfers are like hell ... sometimes you need to wait 50 minutes for the boat transfer (and when you have children it is impossible). The view of the shore, when it's the water reflux, it's so dramatic... The food is not tasty... very difficult for children... You feel isolated... like in a prison! Now I understand why we didn't have a free cancellation possibility...:( After 4 days we changed the resort, and we moved to another hotel. I don't recommend this resort at all!

Jacuzzi suite was very comfortable. Have all the facilities and very clean. Great location and views

We loved the natural surroundings and the ability to swim do water sports. The staff were very helpful at all times it was a wonderful stay.

We had a jaccuzi, it would have benn nice it is was cleaned daily. Toiwels were not fully replenished despite being used, although after asking the staff it was quickly resolved.
