Aardige en behulpzame host en een super ontbijt. Ook voor mensen die glutenvrij moeten eten. Je krijgt heerlijk vers afgebakken brood. Je bent lopend zo in het stadscentrum.

Wij waren op doorreis en daarvoor is deze accommodatie prima.

Die Inhaberfamilie war sehr nett, der Fühstücksraum war schön eingerichtet und das Frühstück sehr gut. Guter Kaffee und verschiedene frische Brötchen, vor allem aber die vielen Sorten selbstgemachter Marmelade. Kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus und eine gute Lage.

Mit dem Zimmer hatten wir kein Glück. Es war für 3 Personen viel zu klein, nur eine Sitzgelegenheit und nur ein viel zu kleiner, wackeliger, Schrank. Aber das Badezimmer, was man eigentlich garnicht Zimmer nennen kann, war eine Zumutung. Keine 2 Quatratmeter für Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken. Das Zimmermädchen machte einen lustlosen Eindruck und hat auch so gereinigt. Wir hatten Fussel im Zimmer die haben sich unseren gesamten Aufenthalt über gehalten und die Betten wurden auch nicht gemacht.

Comfy bed, friendly staff. Innsbruck freedom pass was an unexpected and welcome addition which was very useful and was included free.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal tat alles, um uns zufriedenzustellen. Es gibt hier keinen Fahrstuhl, man bot uns aber an unser Gepäck aufs Zimmer zu tragen. Die Altstadt von Innsbruck ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir fanden den Preis für ein so sporadisch eingerichtetes und unheimlich kleines Zimmer etwas zu hoch. Andere Unterkünfte in Altstadtnähe sind aber noch unverschämt teurer. Das scheint aber im Moment überall so zu sein?

Der Empfang , das Personal war sehr herzlich. Die Nähe zur Stadt ist gut.

Das Zimmer zur Hauptstraße ist sehr laut, für die Durchreise aber ok.

The staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.

My husband and I found the B&B Hotel Heimgartl exceptional as with the staff. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The father and two daughters running the hotel were fantastic. Always very helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river.

My only small advice is to be careful with the parking facilities. There isn't much room and in the slow zone, the drivers do not drive slowly.

Close to the city center. Clean and comfort rooms. Absolutely nice staff, clear and helpful answers before arrive, communicative contact for giving possibilities to open doors after normal recepcion work hours.

Because of build this house on the rock one side of windows is looking on the waterfall. It is nice to see, but when you need to open window for fresh air the sound is irritating for long time. But it is good that closed windows are hermetic and the waterfall sound doesn't come inside.

The room is small, but cozy and the staff is very helpful. The room had nice views of the Inn river, and mountains. There is a small waterfall adjoining the property.

The windows face a major road, and the noise insulation from cars is inadequate. This is an issue throughout the day, the nights are good.

The place was immaculately clean, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was fantastic value for money, the homemade jams were exceptional.

There was an odd smell that appeared occasionally, possibly due to the building and plumbing being old. We found that closing the plug in the bathroom sink stopped the smell.

Amazing hotel in Innsbruck ,with nice views and breakfast . The staff is very friendly. I lost a football jersey in the room and after few days they post me back to my home in Ireland. This kind of details make this hotel unique, I highly recommend it!

the parking is at the road side where a lot of cars pass by. it’s a bit hard to get back to the road. .

The family owners were lovely people, the breakfast room is just stunning , spacious light and wood panelled looking out to the snow capped mountains. The breakfast was exceptional with a wonderful array of homemade jams and fresh bread rolls. You are very close to the mountain walking and bike riding tracks up the mountain and also close via the wooden walking bridge to town.

The size of the room is too small

Very nice staff and the location was great! We didn’t have breakfast but it seemed very nice.

The room and bathroom were unfortunately too small. We had no place for the suitcases in the room, and we had no place to leave the towels in the bathroom. The door of the bathroom was also damaged. Additionally, the views from the room was just a wall and the hairdryer was very dirty/dusty and we did not use it because of that.

The bed sheed had a blood stains like female period. Unfortunately I lay down my head on it, because I am was very tired that night. GOSHHH.. ( 28 April 2023
