Locatie was top. ook het feit dat een (beperkt) gratis geparkeerd kan worden bij het hotel is nice. Ontbijt was inbegrepen en er was zelfs live muziek

Dat mijn kamer nog niet klaar was terwijl de tijd om in te checken al gepasseerd was tot 2 keer toe.

Amazing location, lovely balcony room with marina views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast! Would highly recommend as a base to explore the area from.

Senses bar on the 5th floor was a bit grubby and dated. The bathroom didn’t have a window/fan/extractor & the door was a swinging glass door. Didn’t offer very much privacy…

The property was located near the old town, marina and bus stations. The breakfast was decent and good selection of breakfast items.

The room walls look tired. The pool is freezing cold as it is in the rooftop.

Breakfast buffet was sumptuous! Piano player made it an event! Food was delicious and there were so many choices! The view was the best!

The gym facility was not the best- no towels provided and the hours were restrictive. Should make it 24 hours to be opened with one's rom key.

Ottima posizione (peccato per l'aeroporto moooolto vicino a faro), ottima vista dalla sala colazione. Bellissimo il buffet e l'accompagnamento musicale al mattino.

Probabilmente avevo aspettative troppo alte, trattandosi di un 4 stelle. A mio avviso ha tutto il potenziale per fare di più

Nothing it was exceptionally good

Breakfast was delicious, with the view and the pianist, really a great way to start the day! Everything is close to this hotel :)

Bed sheets and towels had stains. Room was very small, the soaps in the bathrooms were the big containers type, not the small bottles/bags.

The coffee was sweet, with no option for unsweetened coffee.

Fick inte igång AC:n men bad heller inte om hjälp med det så får skylla mig själv. Poolen var inte helt full men man fick bada ändå. Hade varit trevligt om den var full om den nu ändå var öppen för att användas.

The location, the staff and the breakfast with piano in the morning with the views across the harbour was fantastic.

It was all great.

Perfecte ligging in het oude centrum van Faro op 15 minuten rijden vanaf vliegveld. Uitstekend ontbijt. Omdat wij de laatste ochtend al heel vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten stond ons ontbijt-to-go voor ons klaar bij de receptie.

We hadden kamer met balkon gereserveerd maar kregen een kamer zonder balkon en er werd gezegd dat dat op basis van beschikbaarheid was. Na doorvragen kregen we alsnog een kamer met balkon. Dus het werd gelukkig wel snel opgelost 😊

Ein super tolles Hotel absolut central! Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsch übrig. Nur drauf achten, ein Zimmer zum Jachthafen zu bekommen, zur Straße hin nicht so optimal. Pool und Bar hatten im Februar nicht auf, nur als Bemerkung, nicht als makel!

A vista sobre a marina a partir da varanda do quarto atenua algum do desapontamento com o mobiliário do quarto e afastamento de parqueamento automóvel. O estacionamento público coberto mais próximo do hotel dista cerca de 550 m (8 minutos a pé).

Uma receção incaracterística, pouco digna de um hotel, com uma secretária baixa e impressora sobre uma pequena mesa de apoio que mais parece um posto de trabalho de escritório, mobiliário de quarto que mais parece mobiliário de uma empresa metalúrgica, insuficiência de amenidades no WC, falta de estacionamento adequado e próximo do hotel, poucos detalhes sobre o serviço de quarto e no bar. Não da responsabilidade do hotel, mas do município de Faro, é de referir o estado deplorável e vergonhoso em que se encontra todo o arruamento em torno do hotel, desde a estação de caminho-de-ferro até aos bombeiros, numa zona que deveria ser tratada com desvelo, qual ex-libris da cidade.

The main restaurant was fully booked for Christmas dinner when we arrived

The view was fantastic; sea view, which was upgraded for free and we had a delicious breakfast in the morning.

The room was good but we noticed a lot of cobwebs in corners, dusty roof and a heater that cannot blow cold air because the switch was broken. Due to all the cobwebs, we also spotted some spiders crawling around which was somewhat off putting.

Very good location by marina and views from the balcony amazing. Breakfast good food selection and nice touch to have live piano music on a couple of mornings.

Rooms supposed to be air conditioned (maybe in the summer) but not in winter (only blows out warm air) so sleeping difficult as very warm and need to sleep with balcony door open and noisy bar right below open to late. This is a common thing in Spain and Portugal to turn off air conditioning in 'winter' to save money but not a good idea in such a location due to noise of city at night, thus limited sleep and usually only from 2.30am onwards and with ear plugs. Lifts very small and slow. An old hotel that has been refurbished in places but rooms very small and bathroom small with poor quality toiletries.

Sehr freundliches Personal, top Frühstück mit tollem Ausblick. Check in an Computern möglich, verkürzt die Zeit. Ideale Lage. Für mich das beste Hotel in Faro aufgrund von super Ausblick, gutes Gym und freundlichen Leuten.
