Staff are amazing, rooms are clean and airy, sauna was nice too

Gym is not really a gym, just equipment in a cabin box. Restaurant definitely needs an upgrade but overall still ok

Beds like concrete, linen not soft and comforting, pillows too hard

Cleanliness, size of room was great, bathroom was clean , shower water pressure was good.

Bed was terrible, felt like sleeping on a bed of concrete, pillows were like a brick , sheets felt like an old plastic shower screen. Didn't sleep was disappointing

Highly recommend but request a room away from Papanui Rd

Great spa pool, our 2 bedroomed unit was spacious and very comfortable and warm.

The road noise, especially the bedroom with 2 single beds (for our children) was very noisy on Papanui Rd.

We had a wonderful stay at Pavilions. Comfortable and clean spacious room, friendly staff and a deli

Location. Plenty of parking.

No privacy, open to public view from all windows. Wi-Fi was not private. Tiny fridge and tiny bowls. Room small.

Great stay, will be back

Good apartment with great beds, modern kitchen etc. The whole place was really busy when we stayed but thankfully didn't hear any noise from others. Had room service meal which was very nice 9/10. Thanks

good location, customer service needs work

clean and good location

terrible buffet breakfast that cost $28 pp, not reminded that it was at extra cost on arrival after prior check in was notified. for price of room could have been included. wasn’t even advised at the breakfast either. also had to ask for milk in the room twice, staff not accepting when we notified them it was not in room. additionally when card payment didn’t initially work, got rude sms to advise booking would be cancelled it didn’t update card within 2 hours - the message got sent at 3am!!

Location, ambience, historical displays, breakfast, restaurant. Excellent staff.

Room showing it's age, a bit of maintenance required. Would prefer a refurbished room if we went back.
