The ocean view.

The balcony was slippery and I fell and hurt my knee and my ankles. The apartment self looked better on the photos. But we've made it work for the 3 nights. The apartment can do with some upgrades.

Paid for what was advertised as executive suite but was the same as other apartments. No working heat pump in winter.

I didn't really like anything about this place.

Upon arrival we discovered the handrail on our balcony of the third floor completely broken. Had we not moved it a small gust of wind or one of the children could have easily knocked it off causing serious damage or injury to anyone or anything below. Beds were very hard and thin, only had one blanket per bed and no spares at all, we had to request some at 10.30pm as much children were very cold. Requesting them was also difficult, had to go down to an unmanned reception and find a number to ring. The Glass coffee tables top was not attached to the table at all which was also a hazard for children. Floor in bathroom was rotting in places. There was obvious signs that the bedroom roof leaks. Bedroom furniture very dated an old looking, only one plug socket available in bedroom. Ran out of hot water after just 2 10 minutes showers.

This is our 3rd stay here as it is close for us to meet with family. The appartments are a bit older but always very clean and good value for money. The owners are quick to accommodate us if we need extra blankets or towels. We will stay there again.

Heaters were good.

Rooms were musty and hadn't been used. Had to open all doors and windows. Very basic - needs upgrading

Heating wasnt working fridge was off when we got there, window latches were broken, more towels and toilet paper

Good proximity to were we needed to be. Easy parking. Good price for location

Shower was broken, cupboards broken in kitchen bedroom window latch was broken and curtain was missing some of it. Overall needs alot of maintenance done to improve

The parking was extremely difficult and so were the stairs
