Spacious apartment, well laid out and well equipped. Clean and tidy. Newly refurbished. Quality bathroom products. Comfortable beds/pillows. Well serviced.

Checkin was great and easy, friendly staff and had everything you need.

The noise of other people staying walking to their rooms late at night.

Nothing to complain about

The hotel is conveniently located on upper Papanui Road, so walking to shops/mall turned out to be very practical. The whole complex is clean, well maintained and well presented, and the rooms were the same. Big guest carpark. Caters to tours and groups as well as single travelers. They will shuttle you to the airport if you request. Complex has an attached bar/restaurant and garden bar. I didn't eat there but the menu looked good, so next time. The room was a good size for single or couple, had a very clean bathroom (shower & bath). The bed mattress was amazingly comfortable. The TV system had movies channels or you could access your own Netflix. The real gems for this place are the staff. All of them were friendly and incredibly helpful.

Good hotel but the a bit too high

Staff were lovely, beds were comfortable. Location is pretty good, about a 40 minute walk to the city centre, but there are plenty of restaurants very near on the same road.

We didn't eat at the restaurant as there were few vegan options and they were more expensive than we were willing to pay.
