Great location with a view of the marina, pool area was amazing, hotel well kept. The biggest selection on a buffet breakfast I have ever seen, you could practically eat anything you wanted!

the dining room, the stuff service and kindness behavior. the pleasant smile . the immediate response to the survey I got and actual solution!

that I wasn’t told that there are 3 stairs in the room and bad smell in the room, screeched toilet that’s look like dirty one. this after an upgrading offer from booking and adding money. I am happy that after one night Isrotel changed our Room to the nine’s floor and a very clean one with no bad smell. We could finally sleep that night

The hotel it's with perfect location, we get nice room with sea and pool view, it's very clean, the breakfast is very rich and delicious.

In the beginning the room we get wasn't comfortable but the staff on the reception was very kind and immediately change it!

The staff were amazing. From Aya from the reception, to Eti and Amari from the dining room. I felt like everyone gave their 200% to make us feel at home and serve us the best way they can and that was wonderful.

This was supposed to be a family room and I usually expect a private space for the parents. I'm used to two rooms with a door between or at least a room with enough space for parents and a door to the toilet and shower. In this place the parents room felt like a jail cell. It had no air, minimal space and no way to get to the bathroom directly from the room. I expected a better room experience and better value for money.

All of the facilities were Organised and clean Including our room We have felt that the staff aims on service at It’s top priority

Meals are average and need to be Improved , though some of the days they were good mostly on dinner times Need to add more food options on breakfast for people with allergy to milk products

The food is great also the location

The lift are slowly and small the contain the quota of the gusts

service is far from being a 5 star hotel, very disorganized, staff and the managers are absolutely nothing but rude. An extortionately expensive hotel, claiming they are a 5 star hotel, rooms are small, badly maintained, food is far from being at a 5 star hotel Standard.
