ארוחת בוקר נפלאה ומגוונת. טעימה.
האיש שהכין חביתות (לא יודע מה שמו - הוא פרופסור לשפות) ראוי לשבח.
במצב של היום רוב האורחים נכנסו לחדר האוכל עם פנים מעט נפולות.
כל מי שניגש איליו לקבל חביתה או כל ביצה אחרת יצא ממנו עם שרות מעולה ותוספת בונוס של חיוך.
כדאי לחשוב על הדבר הזה. כמה אתם יכולים לשפר עוד יותר את השרות כשתצליחו גם להעלות חיוך על פני האורחים שלכם.

The room was great. View at the lagoon. Very spacious. Great bed. Good food. Great staff. We been treated so good. Was a pleasure to stay here

The room was very clean, spacious enough for us and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere in the dining room was very nice.
The indoor parking lot was a little annoying, and sometimes we had to wait until someone left and a space became available. In addition, the pool was too crowded and we did not enjoy it at all.

she was so amazing, generous and very kind.
she was willing to help us with anything we needed.

The hospitality of Shirley and the hotel staff was excellent. I was satisfied with the variety of breakfast.

We really liked the attitude of the hotel staff.
The conditioner didn't work.

The service was no less then perfect. By the time we departed the Hotel manager knew my name.
No heating (we visited in the winter), and although they supplied a small heater, it was pretty old at night.

the food for breakfast and dinner was great and the swimming pool and lobby were wonderful.
there are 2 properties, the palace and the boutique. the boutique needs refurbishment, but the stay is a little cheaper. . you choose what is most important for you.

If I could give it 10 stars I would, the staff went above and beyond to give me the perfect stay and much more, even as to give invites to the lounge and spa. The hotel is adjacent to the massive Herods palace and all guests are welcome to use the Herods palace facilities and still the hotel itself is small and intimate, great if you want a quiet stay in a quiet room but still have all of the amenities that a larger and more crowded hotel offers.
It's not the best suited hotel for wheelchair bound due to steps to the reception area and steps to get to Herods palace.

The stuff was very friendly, gave us fresh fruits and tasty pastry to the room with some surprises, the facilities are great, the hotel is nice and feels great
