L’hotel da fuori è stupendo, la posizione non comoda per il centro ma bella per la spiaggia e la vista, il bar interno e la vista dalle stanze

Le stanze sono vecchiotte, senza servizio alla sera, in piscina per chiedere un caffè ci metti 2 ore perché il personale fa sempre finta di non vederti, sempre il personale lascia due ore le asciugami degli altri sui lettini senza preoccuparsi se qualcuno tornerà mai e così lasciano gli ospiti in difficoltà, in stanza il bagno ha la struttura in vetro per cui è impossibile avere la minima privacy, la reception è indecente: dovevamo fare il check out e c’era poco personale e tanti clienti. Una della receptionist si è messa per 10 minuti a raccontare ad altri clienti che era argentina e la storia della sua vita facendo ritardare tutti gli altri. Comunque tutti più o meno scortesi. Asciugami e cuscini in stanza vecchi, sottili e cambiati raramente (mai alla sera). Un 5 stelle dovrebbe fornire il cambio asciugami e la preparazione della stanza alla sera

there was a lot of confusion at check in we were asked to pay for the rooms but booking .com had taken the full amount some days earlier, this made me feel very unsettled, i had to show my account details and that the money had been claimed by booking.com, once settled it was ok however our luggage was taken by the porters on entering the building they gave us a ticket, this ticket was given to the lady at the desk and we went to the room, we waiting for our case to arrive for 30 mins so we called the front desk and asked if we need to be in our room to receive the cases of which she replied yes we do. we waited a further 20 minutes with no cases. i impatiently went down to the front desk to enquire where our cases were to find the ticket wasn't issued back to the porters The stay was excellent just the getting into the hotel wasn't the best of experiences

1. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber an manchen stellen haben zubehör gefehlt . 2. Bad war etwas verostet für den Preis würde ich nicht nochmal übernachten .

Alles ist einfach traumhaft!

The only persons who take things seriously professionally was the personal from the W lounge bar (Fabio is the most professional bartender eve and the barkeeper are very involved also,and we was in a lot of countries)so the rest is average (price-quality ist underestimated)

Die Aussicht

Der Empfangsherr bei unserer Ankunft war unprofessionell, leicht genervt und verdrehte immer wieder die Augen. Check In eh schon sehr spät um 15:00. Mussten noch 1 1/2 Stunden warten bis der Raum fertig ist. Der Herr beim Empfang hat uns versprochen zu kontaktieren wenn der Raum fertig ist, tat er aber nicht. Der Fahrstuhl war dauerbesetzt! Zu Mittag noch ok. Am Abend halten die Besoffenen den Lift auf, waren im 18. Stock und brauchten 10minuten um ins Erdgeschoss zu gelangen. Achtung!! Der Preis auf Booking ist nicht der Finale Preis. Bei der Ankunft werden dir 300€ nochmal als Depot abgezogen. Auch wenn man nichts Konsumiert werden dir aus diese 300€ einen Teil abgezogen. Dieses Hotel ist nur was für Proleten die zeigen wollen wie viel Geld sie haben.. Für diesen Preis ist das Personal und der Gesamtservice eine absolute Frechheit! Haben uns sehr auf das Hotel gefreut, aber wurden leider Abgrundtief enttäuscht..

eigentlich alles, die Lage ist natürlich der Hammer und das Hotel sowieso.

fun fact (als frisches pärchen evtl. unangenehm): das klo ist nur hinter einem milchglas, schallschutz nicht wirklich gegeben, und die glastür lässt sich nicht ganz schließen, heißt also es bleibt auch noch ein spalt offen. nach ein paar jahren beziehung sicher kein stress, uns war es unangenehm :D

Außergewöhnliche Lage und Ausstattung!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, super clean and spacious.

Bathroom / toilet situation (glass cubes/ separator rather than separate room) may be “uncomfortable” for some individuals who appreciate privacy bit more ;-)

Fantastic location for walking along the beachfront into the centre . Stayed room 1214, view was perfect . Spa facilities 10/10, remember to book .

Salon quite expensive

Rooms were lovely. Beds comfy .. lovely little Rituals shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & body lotion in bathroom. Views lovely .

Breakfast price was very high.....

La réception très mauvaise réception

We were at 21st floor and the view was breath taking. The breakfast is probabely one of the top three I have tried in my life. fabolous! the staff is precise and with immediate answers!

The location is a little "out of city". to go everywhere you need a taxi or a car. The restaurant at the 27th floor is a japanese restaurant and it is not specify when you are booking

Très belle vue sur la mer (payée en supplément)

Très peu intimité avec les toilettes dans la chambre, juste séparés par une paroi en verre. Hotel un peu trop exentré du centre, une voiture est indispensable pour les déplacements mais parking de l'hotel en supplément et très cher (28€ au delà de 7h de stationnement). Personnel ne parlant pas français et ne faisant aucun effort pour se faire comprendre.

・20階に宿泊。部屋の窓一面から見える地中海とバルセロナ市内の絶景が楽しめる ・周囲には美味しいレストランやカフェが多く、海岸を散歩するのも楽しい ・部屋は十分広く清潔でとても過ごしやすい。設備に不足なし

・アクセスは基本的にタクシーメインとなる孤島（ただ都会の喧騒を離れてリゾート感を満喫できる） ・トイレのドアがガラスで透けるため音も姿も見えて恥ずかしい ・バスタブはスイートルームのみ。基本的にシャワーしかない

Het personeel zorgt tot in de puntjes voor de wensen van de gasten. Van upgrades (bij mogelijkheid), naar tips over de accommodatie/omgevjng naar small talk om je verblijf zo plezant mogelijk te maken. Niets is te veel!

Basically liked everything, if I HAVE to look for something maybe If the sky rooms had a hot tub in the shower it would be 11/10

wir hatten ein Zimmer im 12 Stock , der Blick war der Hammer <3 kann ich nur empfehlen. die Mitarbeiter waren mehr als freundlich stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

das wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau. Da gab es rein gar nichts zu bemängeln

Personnel au petit soin. Très agréable !

The attention to detail is fantastic. Every minute spent there feels amazing. The Staff was very kind, always offering to help. The gym is perfect, it has some nice accessories like towels, earphones, apples which the hotel guests can use for free.

Super Lage und schöne Zimmer!

Das Hotel ist als Hotel mit Hund gelistet. Das ist der Grund warum wir das Hotel ausgesucht hatten. Es war sehr entwürdigend als wir mit unserem kleinen Yorkshire Louis der in seiner Louis Vitton Hundetasche saß , unfreundlich aufgefordert wurden die Lobby sofort zu verlassen! Nie mehr wieder!
