Excellent hotel ideally situated in the historic centre of Lugano. Immaculately clean, orderly and cordial. Excellent healthy breakfast using quality ingredients, very well managed by breakfast team. Delightful stay in Lugano, thank you to all at Hotel Acquarello.

Room just a little dated except bathroom which had been refurbished.

I liked the location which is in the centre everything around you shops and restaurants. the room was very clean and tidy. stuff are very helpful. The train from the hotel to main train station only 1 minute walking no need to take taxi. the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. if I come to visit Lugano next time I will book this hotel.

the bed was infested with fleas. my hands and legs had lots of bad flea bites. I got no excuse from management when I warned them about this issue
