Location and cleanliness. We had a very small issue with the minibar but they resolved it promptly. They also gave us voucher to use at their bar to apologize.

While the hotel offers many positive aspects, there are some areas that could benefit from improvement. Specifically, the organization of the shower and its holder is not ergonomic, which can detract from the overall experience. It's surprising to encounter such oversights, especially from a reputable chain like Radisson. I would suggest that Radisson prioritizes attention to detail during renovations to ensure a more seamless and comfortable stay for their guests

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage für die Stadterkundung, sehr zentral, alles fussläufig zu erreichen Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, etwas dunkel aber dafür sehr ruhig. Frühstück ausgiebig und umfassend, Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Geparkt haben wir im Contipark Altstadtgarage B. Fussweg ca. 10 Minuten durch die schöne Stadt. Mit der Pcard von Contipark auch recht günstig.

Eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist etwas beschwerlich, da keine gute Haltemöglichkeit für Be- und Entladung besteht. Ein Stopp auf der Busspur im laufenden Verkehr ist zwar möglich, aber etwas stressig. Die empfohlenen Parkhäuser in der unmittelbaren Umgebung waren leider überfüllt.
