Location was perfect. Best neighborhood to stay in Madrid

First of all for a 5 star facility in Europe way too few people speaking English. The room was old, not renovated and not very clean. There was dust. I had a problem with room service probably because of language barrier. They told me breakfast in the room was free despite it was almost 12 pm but they delivered it with a paymeant slip. I said I was told otherwise on the phone. They apologized for the misunderstanding and took the food away. People at reception were not as warm as I expected and below other 5 star hotels we stayed in Europe. Overall great location but service of a 4 star hotel

El servicio en el Area de bar ,,, muy desatentos en resumen mal servicio para el nivel de hotel pero no todo es malo en el Area de desayuno merecen un 10. Gran diferencia

good location in a historical building

old style in a bad way. there is cool decadence and cheesy decadence. this hotel is the second one

Everything in the hotel was really nice, from the delicious breakfast to the cool swimming pool! You can´t beat the great location, we walked everywhere, there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. And if you have to get around to another point there are taxis just outside the hotel. Staff are super friendly and the room was very big and comfy.

The pool was amazing. The amenities were great. The location is very good.
