Hotel con una estetica diferente y muy bien ubicado. Habitaciones comodas y con una terraza con piscina en el tejado que deberias probar. Todo el personal amable y agradable.

Sin duda la comida, aunque solo fue una vez pedimos unos tallarines y una brocheta de pollo con una preparacion mala, los tallarines pasados en exceso y nada sabrosos y la brocheta simplemente incomible, seca no lo siguiente recalentada e insipida.

Für die geplante Reise optimale Lage, Zimmeraufteilung könnte etwas besser sein, mit etwas Koordination konnten wir uns trotzdem gut bewegen, Betten waren hervorragend und das war die Hauptsache.

I love the property. It’s unique, and the rooms are cute, small but nice. The downstairs vibes at night are relaxing, and upstairs by the bar has fantastic great staff by the pool bar. Especially Micki, I think that was her name. Lovely we'll mannered excellent customer service. good vibes

The staff that stand at the door by the pool. The big guy and the young lady with long blond hair were on shift at the pool door on 23/7/2023. They are not friendly, very rude, bad customer service. They have bad vibes and energy. They forget that people have paid to be on vacation, hard-earned money, and we do not need monitoring by them as if they were the police. It got so bad I had to leave the pool on Sunday and make a complaint. The hotel manager dealt with the issue swiftly, which was good, and I could rest and enjoy in peace.

Great location. 20 minutes to airport, 20 minutes city. Rooftop area great, gets a little loud if you're trying to relax and the pool was nice, if a little cold. Plenty bars and restaurants close by.

we paid for comfort room(24 m) but got economy room (16m) we asked to get the room we ordered but in the middle of the night got the answer that there are no rooms available. from this behavior , so eventually we paid money but didn't get the value of it. we were disappointed

The room was overlooking an inner courtyard which was very quiet and allowed for a good night sleep and productive working hours during the day. Bed was really comfortable and the additional seating allowed to have a working corner too.

Breakfast seemed quite expensive and I didn't try it because of that. I had a business meeting in the morning of the check-out which unexpectedly went long but from the hotel there was very little flexibility on the check-out time.

The shower was very good with very good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well! The stuff offer to upgrade us to a bigger room for free ,as soon they see we booked a tiny room. the location was good for us, close snuff to the underground train (5 minutes walk), and was in quite area.

The light of the room was very weak. pay attention to the size of the room, we was in shocked to see the room we take (and didn’t was cheap at all) like 16 m^2. The Hotel was in renovations, all of the entrance was covered with plastic bags, and still they ask for a full price and they didn’t mention in in Booking.com! we come to the hotel around 11 pm, and ask for extra blanket. the hotel stuff say no! because they was busy with the reformists, of course I ask again and he said that if we want it,we need to take by our self in 30 minutes and they don’t have the time for it. we answered that if we would know about that renovation, we will never come and stay in that hotel. other man from the stuff hear that conversation, and he say right a way that he will take care of it and will give us to the room, and he did.

Great hotel in an outstanding locations in the heart of Madrid!

The location is really good and when you come with a car you can park around the corner in a garage for 20 € per day (5 € cheaper than the hotel rate). The staff was friendly and the rooms clean.

The mattress was super soft and hard on the back. The large bed is actually two beds moved together and it is hard to be close in there without moving them apart again. Overall I'd say it didn't really feel like a 4 star hotel.
