Breakfast was great, large pools, clean, it rained for most of the time we were there so we went to the spa a lot which was fabulous! Nice having a small gym too. Entertainment was also great.

More options to do things when raining.

The breakfast had an extensive spread. Forget losing weight when tempted with so many different dishes!

The WIFI seemed to be turned off at night. Podcasts help me sleep during the night, so I had to resort to downloaded ones. The resort is very long, so bring good walking shoes. (Yes, you can catch the Bula Bus, but who wants to wait.) We ended up with blisters. The beach isn't very nice - grey sand and boggy grass. The apartment was attractive, comfortable and spacious, but VERY expensive. Most of the money goes immediately offshore. Only the locals who score a job at the international hotels help the Fiji economy. The realisation that our tourist dollars don't help Fiji much occurs when you catch the local bus to Nadi. Potholes, crumbling infrastructure, sad tourist market, beggars in the street, buildings crumbling - not being repaired or replaced. It was a bit sad to see. The Garden of the Sleeping Giant had various walks closed due to lack of maintenance :-( The big hotel chains have a hold on the tourist market in Fiji - a shame there are not more local options.

Breakfast buffet is outstanding, we ate for 7 mornings in a row and never became tired of it. Our 2 bedroom apartment was great and bedrooms/bathrooms huge! Staff at reception, concierge and Bula express are great. Special mention to Lisa, Charlie, Usa and Wanka

Evening restaurant and bar staff are abysmal. Trying to get a drink by the pool or on the deck seaside by main restaurant is just hopeless. The pools are all clinically boring; just check next door and see how a pool can and should look in a resort. We would have spent so much more time (and money) within the resort, by the pool or dining if the staff had made half an effort to actually serve us.

Unser Zimmer war sehr grosszügig mit Dusche, Badewanne und sogar einen eigenen Waschturm gab es. Wir hatten eine vollausgerüstete Küche und einen Grill auf dem Balkon. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und reichhaltig.

Die Speisekarte für Mittagessen und Abendessen ist sehr dürftig. Die Auswahl könnte grösser sein. Das Buffet an einigen Abenden lohnt sich nicht und leider ändern die Mahlzeiten auch nie. Der Strand war nach einigen Regentagen völlig verschmutzt - irgendwann wurde dann aber aufgeräumt

The bed was so comfy. Moli (the driver), Alumita (restaurant), Percy (restaurant), John (driver) and Waqa (porter) were such lovely members of the staff who made our experience what it was. It is good that you can easily get a buggy as the layout of this hotel is 3km, and not something I've experienced before. Adults only section was good - swimming pool and Koro restaurant.

The poolside food wasn't great.

Breakfast was very nice they had a great selection.Our room had a very noisy Air Conditioning unit outside our bedroom and kept us awake all night so we moved to another room that was much better.

A few maintenance job’s need doing the tap for the bath was extremely lose and tap handle kept falling off.Air conditioning display pad wasn’t working properly the display face wasn’t displaying the setting’s so needed to call a staff member to set the controller to the correct setting as we couldn’t get it to cool our unit correctly.

Breakfast and dinner are wonderful. our room first two days was not we expected-we paid for a suite but given room. We went to Suva for a day and Pearl for a day then back at Hilton Denarau for two more days-we were given a suite with no towel for the child and both phones were not working to call front desk but smell so musty that I could not breath because of my allergy. Also the walls of bathroom was dripping of water, mirrors were forggy when we woke up.The set up of the suite was beautiful. Ill try you again as I come home from the US often and also have tried other hotels at Denarau.

resort too spread out and transport rarely came by. Breakfast way over priced for what it was, and really should be included with the room when paying the high price of a suite. Couldn't use the bbq in rainy weather as the outside area is not sheltered enough from the elements

Bed was Comfortable. Handy souvenir shops available for quick and easy last minute shopping and lots of Pure Fiji products in the Prouds shop onsite too.

Our room smelt very bad of stale cigarette smoke. There were no amenities in the room like toothbrushes and razors. There were limited towels for two people. Light switches were weird and some didn't work. We couldn't connect to the internet at all, and whenever we rang reception they cut us off. The hotel rooms are like apartments all close and stuck together. Not much privacy and very noisy when other people are coming and going and standing outside your door chatting,rooms are not sound proofed at all. Hand basin push plug didn't work and drain was blocked. The general atmosphere of the room just wasn't nice.We tried two of the restaurants onsite and the food wasn't great. Sadly won't stay here again. Disappointing for the Hilton.

Enjoyed the location with the pools being right by the shore. Three options for the on-site restaurants with well cooked meals had. Seems like plenty of activities to do (even though we didn't get a chance to do them). Appreciated the adults-only restaurant and pool area too. Whilst the resort extends a fair distance, there was easy access to the bula express buggy and other buggies to save walking.

We had issues checking in - staff were not attentive to confirming our allocated room and we had to prompt a few times before we found out our room. Our room door did not lock and could not be fixed at the time, so we were given a different room (with a worse view) which also had a lock which did not lock (but was later fixed).

The rooms were large and very comfortable. Whilst a long resort, the regular bus and buggy services back and forth were really great and always available. We utilised the kids club and it was large, had lots of rooms and toys which was awesome. The staff were super friendly and helpful - we loved everyone’s enthusiasm and all Staff from every section went above and beyond to help when needed.

Unfortunately the buffet breakfast was underwhelming. The cooked breakfast was ok, and the yoghurt/fruit yum. The salad bar was unappealing and the alternate cooked breakfast was strange - bolognaise and other types of pasta??? Pastries and bread were dry and all tasted very similar. Best food was from the deli area!

Le lit était très confortable comme sur un nuage. La chambre avec salon vue jardin était très bien et agréable. Le diner au restaurant MARAVU est excellent. La piscine est spacieuse pour tout le monde.

Excellent facilities, beautiful environment, clean and tidy, very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pool was amazing.

The outside was beautiful

We had to move from the first room because the front door was not secured. It was wobbly and you could almost see the outside while in the room. The first night was ok. However power went out in the middle of the night. Without power there was no water. We waited till 3pm the next day for the power to come back on but it didn’t. So we cancelled the room and moved to another hotel at a lower price and with breakfast included. The breakfast at Hilton was lukewarm and not good because the restaurant must have been running on generator. The staff tried to help but what they could do. They tried to tell us they were working on it and should be up in a couple of hours. Very disappointing.

Location is excellent with a lot of beach available. Pools are great and facilities also good. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of option. The cafe on site does a great coffee. Friendly staff!

The rooms are probably starting to look a little aged.

Room was great. There are several restaurants in the resort to choose from. Breakfast buffet is high recommended. There are also multiple swimming pools across the resort.

Both check in and check out took about 10 minutes (no queuing time) which were slightly longer than expected, but not a real issue.

Mideast buffet was not Mideast food by a far fetch, and was expensive for what was on offer They also refused to give me Hilton points having stayed 10 days because I booked through booking.com. Also I paid the Australian specified rate with booking.com but was charged with Fijian and was hit with expensive rate conversion fees. I also was upgraded to a much better room after complaining multiple times for having ants in the shower room. On arrival I was told I need to lock in 2k Fijian on my credit card or pay as I go, my friend was asked for 1k card locking, why is that?

Yo había contratado un city tour por internet , el día del tour un taxista local me recogió en el lobby , el personal del hotel de forma grosera, no quería dejarme subir al vehiculo que porque no es una empresa turistica , al final me quedó claro que era un tema racial y me hicieron pasar un muy mal momento los empleados del hotel responsables de los vehículos en la entrada

Turned away from 2 restaurants as we hadn’t made a reservation. Porter forgot to pick us up at 5am for our flight so we walked 1km to reception with our luggage to check out.
