Supervriendelijke mensen!

Trevligt, trendigt och historiskt område. Nära till allt som vi var intresserade av. Frukosten var mycket bra, sängarna var sköna och vi sov som stockar. Personalen var vänliga. Två vattenflaskor till oss var mycket uppskattat.

Booked specifically for llocation but extremely friendly and helpful staff, rooms clean and comfortable.

Fantastic hotel compared to similar I’ve stayed it within a mile or so. Had a new feel to it though I don’t know that it is. Room service was top quality (and whilst you could get a burger I had ceviche and a second starter both of which were very good). Gym roomy enough. Staff were very polite and couldn’t seem to do enough for me. I waited one second and they were apologetic. Location is seven dials so great for theatre

Bar staff in restaurant were extremely polite and professional.

Checkin staff were ignorant, especially the Portuguese lady, this was my experience with anyone else I spoke to after that on reception.

Great staff, even gave us a free upgrade for our room. Food was really good.

The facilities are excellent as is the location. Every single staff member we interacted with were very professional and welcoming.

Lokalizacja genialna – max 10 min pieszo do Covent Garden, Leicester Square i Oxford Street. Hotel znajduje się przy urokliwym małym placyku ze sklepami i kawiarniami, ale jest bardzo cicho. Widoki jak z bajki. Jest to piękna i w pełni odrestaurowana część Londynu. Hotel jest bardzo dobrze wyciszony. Mieliśmy pokój premium na 1 piętrze, który jest bardzo przestronny, cichy i ma wszystko czego potrzeba na krótki pobyt (kosmetyki, suszarka, żelazko, kawa, herbata, woda butelkowana przynoszona codziennie, sprzątanie pokoju codziennie). Bardzo wygodne łóżko i cudowna pościel. Świetne śniadanie – bardzo dobre jakościowo produkty i widok na uroczą uliczkę. Pomocny i miły personel. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu. Recepcja ma wagę do bagażu w razie czego. Na pewno wrócimy!

Nasz pokój miał drzwi wewnętrzne łączące nas z drugim pokojem (pewnie dla funkcji pokoju rodzinnego). Niestety przez te drzwi słychać wszystko co robią sąsiedzi. Następnym razem poprosimy pokój bez tych drzwi. Stanowczo za długo trzeba czekać na podanie ciepłych dań podczas śniadania (dania ciepłe są dostępne tylko a la carte, bez dopłaty).

helpful staff, good baggage storage before and after check-in times room bigger than expected for central London and price point perfect location staff handled an incident in the bar very well; a vagrant entered the bar and took my glass of wine from under my nose and refused to leave the staff were very upset and offered my wife and I a free drink security needed on the door!!!

The location of this hotel was perfect, only a short walk to Covent Garden and Leicester Square but even the immediate surrounding area there were lovely cafes and restaurants. Despite its busy central location, there was no noise! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We couldn't fault the staff on their professionalism and customer service. We will 100% stay here again!

Everything from location to the room was great.We were able to walk to all the attractions easily. Staff were amazing and the welcome bottle of champagne was a beautiful surprise.

A localização é ótima, um hotel perfeito para quem quer ficar centralizado e proximo a todos os principais pontos turisticos de Londres. O café da manhã é perfeito, o restaurante é de primeira qualidade, alta gastronomia, na equipe a Thais se destaca. A equipe de forma geral muito empatica e amistosa. Limpeza Otima e banheiro muito bom.

Quarto extremamente pequeno pra duas pessoas, desconfortavel, a cama do quarto não tinha padrão Radisson. Sem frigobar, Cofre colocado num local ruim, uma pessoa idosa não iria conseguir acessar.

My sister and I try to visit London every year in the autumn and this hotel lived up to our expectations. The room was spacious and nice Showing us around when we checked in is excellent and makes you feel welcome. The bar / restaurant was also really great.

the room was great, plenty of room, Staff, particularly Ed the Concierge were amazing and we really like the fact they had put drinks and nibbles in our room for our anniversary. A fantastic stay.
