Il Chelsea Cloister è una buona struttura a south kensinghton dove ero già stata in precedenza e sono tornata volendieri. Ottima posizione, in un quartiere piacevole e facilissima da raggiungere dall'aereoporto di Heathrow con una sola linea di metro, personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Il livello pulizia è piuttosto buono per gli standard di Londra. L'appartamento che mi è stato assegnato era luminoso e ben sistemato con bagno e cucina da poco rinnovati. Il letto queen size era comodo e con biancheria nuova e di buona qualità.
Il divano letto era decisamente scomodo è preferibile affittare un appartamento con 2 camere da letto.

Staff were pleasant and professional. The room was clean, quiet and well equiped and the bed was comfortable. THe location wasideal for my meeting and the price very reasonable.
The room was incredibly hot even though it was not particulary warm outside. I had to put the portable fan on overnight (in March) and sleep under a sheet so I didn't sleep very well. I had to give up on the wiFi.

The room was incredibly hot and stuffy , there was no thermostat to control the temperature, as a consequence neither of us slept at all , we had to prop the door open to try to get some air

I stay here quite frequently. It’s really budget friendly, clean and roomy. The apartments are well equipped and despite its size, there is never an issue with water pressure or temperature.
There is often work going on but it’s to be expected in a property this size. It’s not too far from connected tubes but 10 mins walk might be too far for some.

Excellent location, so close to tube stations and buses.
The building feels safe and secure.
The staff were lovely - friendly and helpful and very patient with the ever-changing arrivals of new guests.
It was too hot, even though the radiators were turned off.
The ultra-central location meant it was noisy, but I always travel with ear plugs.
The decor in my room was looking slightly tired.
I was astonished to be asked to pay for WiFi.

La nostra stanza anche se era piccolina aveva tutto l'occorrente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e buona posizione in un bel quartiere. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Great location, close to tube - 5 mins walk. We had the penthouse which was extremely spacious, with a great kitchenette and washing machine.
The lifts were extremely slow. The towel rail was on permanently and could not be turned down. It was scorching hot and located almost up against the toilet, two of us burn ourselves. Lots of mould in the bathroom.
No lift to the top floor - if you have luggage this is annoying. Wifi wasn’t automatically included for the duration of our stay.

Great service from the reception staff. Very friendly, helpful and courteous.
Wonderful location for the price.
Room had a funny smell, probably because it has a kitchenette. Not unpleasant, but definitely noticeable. Had we been staying longer we would have asked to change rooms.
Despite the odd smell, it was clean and had everything we needed. I would certainly book again if I needed a reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Chelsea.
As above, the room smell was a bit off putting.

Centrally located. Can’t find a better location than this place. Sam at the reception was really good. The staff generally are accommodating.

Great location. Clean and spacious.
Bathtub was smaller than expected and there was no air conditioning.

The location was excellent with buses and metro running every couple of minutes. Sainsbury's right by the hotel is a great bonus. Also very friendly cats in the neighbourhood.
The hotel itself is very run down, paint is peeling in the bathroom, shower system was not well mounted to the wall.
