Loved it. Perfect location.
Everything was perfect. We stayed on the 4th floor. There was an elevator. The bed was super comfortable, the bedroom was spacious with 3 large windows, so all the natural light came through. The full kitchen was nice to have. The sofa in the living room was a pull out bed but we didn’t end up using it. We used that room as our hangout room/closet. We loved the location so much. Everything was within walking distance, & there are soo many restaurants/pubs & bars all within a 5 min walk. The tube station is 2 blocks away. I would definitely stay here again. The description did say there was a patio but we didn’t see it or seen any doors where we can can get access to it. Not sure if it’s on the lower floors only but we didn’t mind. We loved the view from our apartment.
The shower was a bit awkward getting in & out of. But the water pressure was good & they have a towel warmer so that was nice. I do wish they had given us a few more towels. We had 2 each, (big towel & smaller towel) but we were staying 4 nights, so one set of towels for each of us wasn’t quite enough, since we had to use one as a hand towel but we made it work.

excellent location for both Business and Pleasure.
The location was fantastic from both an entertainment perspective with Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Soho so close. Great fro shopping with Oxford street, regent and Piccadilly at a stones throw. Decor was elegant and comfortable, spacious and fresh.
There is a constant humming above them master bedroom. There must be some heavy machinery aircon or extractor system which is noisy

Great locations, spacious flat.
Appropriate size pods for the coffee maker would have been nice for coffee in the morning. We couldn't find the right size (bought 2 different sizes). Finally just settled for instant.

Great Property & Location
Property is well equipped, clean and in a very central location.
The only issue we had was on Friday & Saturday evenings there is a loud karaoke bar until 2am, children struggled to get to sleep with the noise.

The location was good. Nothing else.
The conformation email did not give the full address of the property, no number and nothing to identify it. We called the contact number which was a private mobile number with a unrecognisable message twice and had to wait nearly an hour for reply and access. It was chucking it down, we had luggage and two children and were getting wetter. Previously to arrival we had emailed with expected time of arrival, and that was acknowledged. The accommodation when we finally got in had no instructions on appliances, we took photos of all the existing damages so as not to be charged. Communication was poor, I would strongly recommend not using it.

Just to note that soundproofing especially with the flat next door is not perfect. But other than that would recommend
