Location is amazing and staff faultless

Unfortunately had some very noisy inconsiderate people near us but can't blame the motel for that

The location was fantastic, the room was clean but dated. We could walk to most things we wanted to all along the esplanade, what a great place

The little fridge really isn't good enough, it wouldn't keep food frozen as there was no door on the freezer compartment, maybe it needs an upgrade

Great location, comfortable downstairs room.

We had a nice unit with a very comfortable bed, a decent shower and a good amount if space. The kitchen had the basics and we were able to use the laundry for our washing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The beach is just across the road and is great for kids as it's sandy and shallow. There are some good restaurants, shops and cafés nearby and a couple of playgrounds. The water park a couple of kms away was brilliant for our little boy.

Despite an individual code listed in the welcome pack in the room, the WiFi was shared and therefore incredibly slow. Several of the drawers and cupboards were badly fitted and didn't close properly. The bathroom was in need of some TLC - in particular the bath panel was broken and cracked leaving a gaping hole with sharp edges.

Tracy on reception is phenomenal and deserves a raise - don’t think I’ve ever met someone so sweet and helpful. The rooms are great, the pool is good, would stay again!

was a really nice spot, we had a view of the beach. the pool was nice. we didn’t try the breakfasts while we were there. Great location. must try the Italian restaurant up the road. the food was delicious.

There was broken tiles in the corner of bathroom, at the shower area.
