Utsikten fantastisk.
Frukosten utomordentligt bra.

The place is beautiful. It was our first night in Lofoten and it was wonderful. The hotel is a typical building, it is not modern but clean, comfortable and well equipped and in a beautiful location. Our room had a terrace that overlooked the port and you could see the cruise ships arrive and depart. The breakfast is very rich and complete. We love it

We arrived on the Hurtigruten from Kirkenes. I could see the hotel with its bright lights from the ship and was amazed at how close it was to the beautiful port. We walked to the hotel and then I could see the ship from our hotel window. It was snowing when we arrived but the next day the sun was shining and we went for long walks as there is much to see and beautiful scenery. We had a lovely buffet breakfast too.

The light on the balcony stay on all over the night, maybe they should switch it off after midnight.

We chose this hotel for its position in relation to the wharf in Svolver. It was comfortable and the facilities were attractive and modern. We appreciated being allowed to sit in the lounge for a few hours while we waited for our Ship to arrive.
We were rather bemused by the fact that the restaurant was closed for dinner. We were recommended to visit one of the expensive restaurants beside the harbour.

What a beautiful hotel! We were very impressed with the location and stay. The breakfast was outstanding and truly worth the price paid. We stayed in a room with a balcony and used it both evenings to relax and watch ships coming in to dock.
The room did not have A/C and was a little warm even though we turned off the heat. We opened the door to let in cool air, but the balconies are somewhat connected so we could hear noise from our neighbors. It would be nice if the room had a window in addition to the balcony door.

Location is excellent. The hotel lobby, the breakfast area and the restaurant are really great. The view from our room was great. Breakfast was very good with big variety and good taste. Parking on site but you have to pay for it. The staff were nice and fast.
The room was ridiculously small. One side of the bed stuck on the wall, No bedside table, just a shelf over our heads. Wall sockets at floor level - we had to charge phones and cameras on the floor. The bathroom was quite small and the shower stall leaky due to poorly fitted / broken water guard . No elevator - If you have heavy luggage you are out of luck. Quite a lot of rooms face the parking area. I wouldn't want to stay in one of them, for sure. Overall, low value for money and the place is only saved by the combination of the lobby/breakfast area views and good breakfast.

Location. Near to bus station
Hotel has bicycles to use, only have 2 and 1 of the staff was using it to get to and from work. Unable to hire from anywere as none left, disappointed as we could have seen more of this part of the island with them. Also not enough dining space for guests, they had 2-3 coach loads there for 1 night at a time and instead of giving them set times they overrun the place, no food, cups, tables, badly run for a chain, no organisation at all. Felt sorry for some of the staff, very young and trying to do their best, the rest were rude as if it was your fault you had nowere to sit for breakfast when they obviously know what time the coaches are due to leave. Wouldn't stay in any of theirs after this. Rooms are tiny, I had to get out of bed at the end as right next to a wall and we had a superior room, not. Because it had a king-size bed crammed into it. Nowere to put your cases so they took up most of what little floor space we had, very very disappointed.

The location, the view from the balcony and the view from the dining room. Spacious public areas. Extensive breakfast buffet.
Dining room was very scruffy (dirty carpet, stains on chairs), although the view was wonderful. It would have been helpful to have clearer signage about what was included (black coffee etc) and what wasn't included (buffet supper) in the room price displayed in the room or dining area.

Nice location and friendly staff. Super convenient check-in and out.
Room window view blocked by power substation also having debris like packing crates etc. Parking was not included although shown as part of the facility. Although true to the letter it felt bad to have to pay for it.

“tired” and too few staff for clients
