I didn't like the breakfast wasn't enough there no fried eggs no pancakes waste of money

Easiest place to stay when seeing a an event at Rod Laver Arena

Parking with a 4wd is hard.

the location

heating was poor, could not turn the heat up, shower facilities were not working properly either too hot or too cold, no evening meal service or ability to oder in and no onsite parking. In a nutshell very poor for the money i spent.

Breakfast excellent but dining room a bit like a cafeteria

Only three coffee & only 1 face washer for 2 ladies

The guy on the reception was bubbly, welcoming and very accommodating. He is an asset to your business as were the girls in the restaurant when we went for pre event drinks after 6.

The width of the parking bays made it virtually impossible to exit or enter the car.

Location convenient for my conference at the nearby Pullman.

No cirticism.

Was in a great location and close to the VAADA conference I was attending for 2 days. Was also able to meet with Friends in Richmond for dinner and was close to public transport.(trains and Trams)

There was no down side to this accommodation.

Good breakfast for husband and kids as I waited to go in for surgery

Location to Rod Laver, good size room and bathroom

Our friends paid less and they got a small step-out balcony. the bathroom looked partially updated with old looking bath/shower set up. The grout looked dirty. Old school keys to rooms instead of swipes made access a pain for 2 people wanting to go out separately.

I liked that it was close to the venue in which I had to attend that day. The place was very accommodating and away from the city so at night it was quiet. Overall, a good experience with no hassles.

I have no complaints about the hotel.

comfortable bed & staff were great

check out was 10 but house keeping was came in at 9.30 without warning and we were still in bed!

Location was excellent for attending the MCG

Shower was small, low water pressure and the toilet took many attempts to flush

The staff were very lovely and helpful, very comfortable beds and spotless rooms.

We had a little trouble with the air conditioning as we stayed on days that were over 30 degrees, my friend has medical issues that makes her overheat easily, first night they gave us a fan but had not worked properly on the second night they changed our room with an air con that worked and they ended up giving us a free breakfast and a bottle of shiraz.

The room was nice, clean, and have a great view

The bathroom is outdated
