Poor soundproofing, understaffed and the staff they have aren’t always great (some are); it’s really for people who want to only do casino, not really well connected to San Juan sites and sounds

Muy abundante podrían dosificar las porciones para que sea mas atractivo para todos y así se hace mas asequible el precio. Variar el menú del desayuno.

En el momento del check-in se enredaron con la cuenta y me hicieron cobros adicionales que no estaban en la tarifa de la habitación. Seria bueno que desde la reserva directamente o a través de las plataformas se aclare el valor de la tarifa mas los extras. Así el huésped va preparado y no se sorprende negativamente.

Pagamos mas de $400.00 dolares por nuestra estadia de una noche y desde que llegamos la atencion fue mala, el personal del check inn poco atentos, antipaticos, no sonreian, con pocas ganas de ayudar. No nos incluyeron desayuno, lo que me parece un robo contra todo lo que pagamos, nos dijeron que hasta las 4pm no nos podian dar la habitacion que esperasemos por alli y no habia ni donde sentarse, el joven del check inn se fue y nunca nos llamo, al final me me levante, fui donde la otra joven y esta me atendio de mala gana, ya estaba la habitacion pero no nos llamaron, por culpa de este personal apenas me dio tiempo de prepararme para ir al compromiso que tenia esa noche, jamas vuelvo a este hotel, demasiado caro y no te ofrecen ni una sonrisa, tuvimos que pagar 20 dolares de estacionamiento, el check out era a las 11am y nos fuimos a las 8am del disgusto tan grande que teniamos...jamas volvere a este hotel.

Es demasiado dinero por una noche y no ofrecen desayuno, el personal es antipatico y poco amable, desconozco si esto es solo con los puertorriquenos, cuando estabamos en el cuarto una persona de limpieza abrio nuestra puerta y ni siquiera se disculpo, he estado en hoteles mas economicos y te tratan mejor, te dan desayuno, no te dejan horas esperando por tu habitacion, el peor hotel en el que he estado. Horrible experiencia!

The floor to 8th once stepping off elevator smelled of wet sewer. Smelled like water was leaking dampness. Housekeeping was a problem daily.

There is no free breakfast. Breakfast Buffet was 34.99 which is pretty steep.

El Area de la piscina, el casino y los restaurantes que tienen alrededor.lo mejor es que tienes varias actividades para recorrer con tu familia y pasarla bien en el distrito

Desde que fui a hacer el cheking tuve que esperar por que la habitación no estaba lista, el checking era alas 4 y entre alas 6 y algo y la fiesta de mi trabajo empezaba alas 7 mas el cuarto no olía nada de limpio ni bien para salir al día siguiente alas 11 creo que la hora del checkout debería ser ala misma del chequink por que es mucho dinero pagado para un pal de horas y un mal servicio

The attention of the Staff because when I claim the noise that did not let me sleep, they gave me a discount, a late checkout and another room and when in claim for the delay at the valet Parking the Staff move quick to solve it. The hotel was close to many attractions including the Coca Cola Music Hall and is ease get there. The view of the room.

The construction noise that on the hotel roof kept me from sleeping all night. When I pay my bill including the valet parking and ask for my Sub it took them 45 minutes to upload my sub, first the key did not appear, second, the ticket that I gave to the valet parking attendant to pick up the vehicles was lost. I have no option to go to the supervisor and she took care of the problem and then my vehicle was fund, but I was already late for my meeting.

El pan pita fue bien servido y las alitas de pollo

La presentación de la comida antes era mejor. La comida era servida en el cuarto con vajilla y no en platos de cartón. Para ser el Sheraton, se debería mejorar esto ya que no es agradable recibir la comida en cartón. En adición, la oferta de servicio al cuarto es limitada.

El baño olia a orin desde que llegamos y pedí habitación con balcón y vista y todas las palmas estaban justo frente al balcón y nunca pudimos ver nada ni disfrutar de la vista

Mala logística en la atención en las Barras ; sobre mil personas atendidas por sólo 4 bar tender ; por lo que dejaron perder Mucho Ingresos .

Perfect location!!! Since we arrive at the hotel the check in staff were friendly and professional the room was beautiful and with a San Juan bay view! Is a gorgeous hotel with shops, restaurants and Cafe, we enjoy the infiniti pool with a Old San Juan view and the servers were super nice we really had a great time we will definitely return.
