Breakfast was yummy and plenty of choice and it was so close to centre. Love the little touches like the sleep spray next to bed.
Not much really.

Midden in het centrum, bedden prima, aardige medewerkers, goed ontbijt
Sjebbie omgeving, vies, veel daklozen, zielig.

Beautiful interior, colours and designs very eye catching!! Loved the staff at reception and I was very glad if the lifts!! Literally 5 minute walk from the olde salutation 🖤 private secure car park was an added bonus. Right opposite the castle and surrounded by cobbled streets
No Bath in the room and no breakfast being served

Clean hotel with a lovely atmosphere
Room was maybe a little too warm due to lack of control over the radiators

You got a warm feeling as soon as you walked through the door. Check in was a breeze with a lovely receptionist. Our room was lovely with everything thought of from hot drinks to bottled water and even pillow mist to help with a relaxing nights sleep. Breakfast was the best we’ve had especially the scrambled eggs. There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel.

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro e a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Consiglio la struttura per la vicinanza con il centro
Stanza un po’ fredda

Location is excellent, hotel is nice, the view from our window was amazing over the city and castle
The car park was a little tough getting in and out as it's tiny

The hotel was great, room was a good size, clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely & extremely helpful. We had a fan in our room which was great addition as we would have to usual have to ask for one. Location was amazing and such a short easy walk into the city centre. Breakfast was beautiful and so much option to choose from. I would 100% recommend the hotel!
This is in no way a complaint of the hotel but more of a warning to drivers. I wouldn’t recommend booking the hotel car park if you love your car too much. The car park they have available is separate from the hotel, it is only a 3-5 minute walk away i will add but it is an underground garage, which has a steep ramp to go down into the garage and has a VERY sharp downhill right corner to get around as soon as the garage door opens. (There is a wall directly in front of you when it opens). It may be ok if you only have a small car but any estate or large cars, i would definitely recommend using the NCP car park which is literally outside the hotel doors. We went into the garage but i did not feel comfortable leaving the car in there and moved our car out of the garage and into NCP & it was perfectly safe overnight. I am a very experienced driver but my husband had to get out of the car and guide me back around the corner to get back out as it is an extremely tight corner. I will also add, if you do book into the hotel car park, it would be very easy to get your car blocked in if they book all spaces out, if you were to park your car in a bay which is up against the wall, there are spaces for people to park directly behind your car. It would also be a nightmare to get back out depending on where other people park as there isnt a huge amount of space down there and it would be very easy for someone to damage your car and drive straight out. The hotel car park was just short of £10 or the NCP was 14.95 for 24 hours if you pay by the ticket and not the app. Again, if you have a small car, you’d probably have no issues getting into it whatsoever. It does advise it is not suitable for larger cars when they give you the directions at reception but does not advise this anywhere before hand.

Excellent location, front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Building works at the NPC car park mad opening the window unpleasant. The lift can be heard, quite loudly, from the room we were in every time it went up or down. The extremely small bath was effectively useless, which was a shame as it was one of the features that swayed us to staying here.

No faults.

Close to town, convenient parking.
Noisy lift right by the room, looked out onto multi storey carpark, bathroom door wouldn’t close. Mould around bath.

Nice looking hotel and rooms. Comfortable beds. NCP parking right nextdoor
Breakfast staff could have been a little more helpful. The young lady ticked us off on the breakfast list and then disappeared. We went and found a table and sat waiting. We didn't know it was ALL self-service. It wouldn't have hurt for her to say "Hi, please find a table. Breakfast is a self service buffet and the drinks machine is located behind the bar." Please train your staff.

How rundown the room was. Quite a few things were chipped, dated or broken.

Really nice hotel. So close to everything..city centre just a few minutes walk and it's just around the corner from the castle.. also it's just up the road from the bus stop and the sky link bus will bring you to the airport for only 2 pounds
Room was lovely but was quite small

Booking in was quick and easy, room was quiet and a nice size, we did not eat breakfast therefore cannot comment.
Being woken up by the cleaner cleaning the room opposite us. The lift is really slow. View was looking at a building, not great.

Good location. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Bathroom door in room didn’t close. Had to get house keeping to get the shower to switch on as whatever I tried I couldn’t get it to. A couple of the Bar staff weren’t very friendly or helpful and were away from the bar for lengths of time and no apology on returning. I am more than aware that staff need a break but just some communication and acknowledgment would be useful.

we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, and the food was very good and value for money, room was ok but a little small but ok for the one night stay and the location was only a short walk from the market square.
nothing really.

Comfortable bed, central location.
Room 201 next to the lift. They need to find a way to noise insulate the room. was woken up or disturbed when anyone used the lift, due to mechanical sound, similar to aircraft taking off. Apparently room 301 have complained too. Assume they’re aware of this issue. If you want to sleep avoid these rooms.
Had pre booked their car park. it was inaccessible as a local business owner had parked in such a way you could not get the swing on the car to get down the ramp.
Had a bit of a faff downloading / registering the NCP app to park in an alternative car park next to the hotel. Could have done without it after a long drive.

I liked the pent house room
They said they had 24/7 room service got nothing no food or drink out the place they kept telling us no there was a man called Adrian on and he just said no to everything even a hot drink after 2 mile walk in the rain!!! even no to bottled water had to go to the car park to get my children a drink out the vending machine and when I asked for food he told me to go McDonald’s it was raining loads!! Just nothing made the experience proper awful wanted to go home I cried I was that hungry cold wet and not one staff would make us feel comfy warm just not worth staying there at all!!

The location is good and quite central, the crash pads have more space than I expected and facilities for tea and coffee which was nice
There was a room mix up right after booking in where in another guest was given the key to my room, I had just gone into the bathroom when the door to my room opened and another guest (male) walked in on me, it could have been much worse if I'd done anymore than half take my top off. The hotel apologised but didn't offer anything else as compensation.
The breakfast was mediocre and expensive, the continental selection was minimal and some of the pastries seemed old and had gone hard, the cooked English selection was fine except for the eggs which I didn't want to try as they looked dubious.

Location in heart of Nottingham but away from noisy center of town. Super quiet room — no noise from other rooms. Friendly, responsive staff. All lights in room worked and plenty of them. Mattress like new. Nespresso as well as kettle. Good wifi.

The room was exactly what I would expect for a 3* property - it had everything we needed. It was comfortable and clean. Perfect. But the real stand out for me was how friendly and helpful the staff were. We were treated like we were in a 5*!! The location is fantastic - right next to the castle and Nottingham town centre. I'd definitely stay here again if we return to Nottingham. Good brekkie too!

I turned up early, but staff were pleasant in explaining check in etc and were friendly again when properly checking in and checking out.
Bed was amazingly comfortable, slept like a log. Breakfast also great. Good variety and buffet in nature meant no hanging around waiting (unless you wanted something bespoke).
All good.
