No hot water, not able to shower or wash. Spoke to receptionist about this and they commented that a few people had said that to them too…no apology or offer of anything for the inconvenience.

Got a top floor room without even asking which is great for the price I paid! View was amazing and really good facilities. Room came with towels, coffee station and bottled water and vouchers for the food downstairs! If you want the bougie stay at a low price this is the one!

L'albergo è situato in una posizione strategica, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Nottingham e a pochi passi dal centro. La struttura sembra nuovissima, camera spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, anche la vista all'ultimo piano era favolosa.

Unica pecca il prezzo della colazione, a mio avviso un po' alto, abbiamo infatti rinunciato a quella dell'albergo per scegliere le bellissime caffetterie in centro.

Room was clean, staff friendly, breakfast very nice.

Had an interlocking room. Not sure if all rooms are like this but with a door being there instead of a wall it was more noisy and could hear music and conversations happening in the room next door which was a little annoying.

Good-sized rooms, comfortable beds and a decent breakfast. Easy walk into town. Good value for money.

No on-site parking, the nearest car-park (at the station) is a good 7 to 8 minute walk. But it was cheap and secure so a small quibble.

Nothing to moan about

Excellent location - situated right next to the train station. It’s a short walk to get to all of Nottingham’s attractions. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back…perfect for 1-2 night City break. Comfy bed and big bathroom! They also left some chocolates and a nice welcome note.

There was the noise outside late at night along the canal as we like to sleep with the window open

The beds were very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep.

The TV remote control was extremely dirty and had to clean it with wet wipes that I had. Also the body wash and shampoo dispensers need to be cleaned along with the shower curtain and tiles.

The breakfast was amazing. The receptionist was very welcoming and we really appreciated the complementary breakfast as it was my partners birthday.

The location was close to the centre of Nottingham within walking distance of central shopping area and close to transport links . The staff were friendly and helpful, they were quick to respond to my requests

Reception staff not very friendly and at times quite rude, not very helpful. One member of staff clearly didn't know what she was doing and instead of asking for help she promised to send me the VAT receipt i needed to claim my expenses and then failed to do it, resulting in me spending 30 mins later that day on the phone trying to obtain it. Parking is a real issue I had to park 10 mins walk away and it cost £20 overnight !!

it was close to the station which is what we needed . large towels, tea and coffee in room with lots of milk supplied . lots of hanging space for clothes. linen great, beds and pillows very comfortable

room 602 was dated. the shower has a curtain and a constant whirlwind sound coming from the vent. no conditioner or body lotion, toilet paper was v cheap.

1. I totally fail to understand why hotels have taken to tucking overlarge duvets in all round, right up to the headboard, and so tightly that it's difficult to deal with them. When you try to untuck them so that it's possible to actually get into the bed, the bottom sheet comes completely untucked as well, so that effectively you have to unmake and remake the bed. Why not just lay a duvet over the bed so that it's ready to use? The whole reason for moving from sheets and blankets to duvets was that they don't need to be tucked in. 2. Why on earth is it such a problem to fit lights in the room that you can actually see by? A couple of low wattage low-level lamps is no substitute for a proper, bright ceiling light. You don't have to use it if you don't want it, but if it's not there, you can't use it, can you? 3. The air system is incredibly noisy 4. If I turn the aircon off, it's because I want the aircon to be off. I don't want it to turn itself back on again. 5. I really had to press incredibly hard to get the loo to flush - and the split button didn't seem to serve any useful function.
