The resort is superb! The facilities are excellent, the garden is gorgeous, the room was super spacious and the bed was extra comfortable. The food, especially the wide variety and the selection of choices is outstanding. Good location, close to the airport.

There is no beach to the hotel, unlike the pictures. Instead, there is a large fence and only a large manmade sandbank outside the fence. There was no a la carte option for eating while we were there, which is a minus if you are on a restricted diet due to health issues and have to pay for the buffet even if you can only have one or two things.

Location and pool area is good

Room air condition is not working properly. The room was warm considering the weather lately in Manila. Lampshades switch were too old. No USB charging port. We did not enjoy the Spiral breakfast, no warning to guests that buffet is going to close so we could get more food prior to closing, this is main reason I booked this place. Booking.com Customer service had me pay for additional cost of adding 1 guest and difference on booking rates. Hotel receptionist mentioned to me That I should only be charged on cost additional meal.

I honestly like the resort primitive kind a thing in the middle of busy city.

This property need a massive reservation. I stayed in few Sofitel hotels in the past and I was disappointed. Looks nice in a pictures but it’s way too old.

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich,der Service gut. Leider wurde ich von morgens bis abends mit lauter Musik beschallt. Auch gab es weder Balkonmöbel noch schalldichte Fenster. Allerdings der Ausblick zur Bucht war traumhaft. Irritierend jedoch zu hören, dass kein Safe im Zimmer vorhanden sei. Ich könne meine Wertsachen jedoch in die Schubladen legen. Das sei sicher ( natürlich gab es doch einen Safe) Auch erhielt ich eine unzutreffende Info über die Öffnungszeiten des Emiratesschalters und musste 1,5 Stunden auf einem harten Stuhl warten um einchecken zu können, wobei ich diese Zeit lieber im Hotel verbracht hätte, zumal ich Late checkout Gebucht hatte . Ich habe extra das Hotel gewählt mich nach der Kreuzfahrt und vor dem langen Rückflug noch etwas zu erholen. Dass war nun nicht möglich und So bitte ich aufgrund der Unannehmichkeiten Hauptsächlich auf Grund der Lärmbelästigung um Teilerstattung und möchte hinzufügen, dass das Hotel aus angeführten Gründen nicht empfehlenswert ist Mit freundlichen Grüßen Silke Rohrdantz

Super relaxing! Magnificent as ever! I just want to commend the front desk staff named, LEAH! She was absolutely lovely! She made sure our stay was nice and informed all the activities and the facilities in the property for us not to miss! She deserves a promotion!

Huge bed large room

The Staff, they are all pleasing and accommodating.

It takes 10-30min for you to be able to use the lift. The facility is too old and the room configuration and different from each other. we expect that all of their rooms have bathtub but no.

I didn’t get a chance to, instead my nephews went and they enjoyed it. Excellent food.

Excellent breakfast. Spiral restaurant was amazing. We loved the Club Lounge as well. Great start to our holiday.

Lifts were very slow but it was Christmas/ New Year so hotel was at capacity.

The facilities are old and in my room there was a leak in the ceiling and no hot water. When I asked for a room change, it took about 2 hours to get it changed. Unfortunately, there is nothing good to say about this hotel except that the breakfast is sumptuous. But considering the price of room, I think it would be cheaper to stay in other reasonable hotel and eat outside.

The buffet

The floor of their cr is just slippery and the service of room service and house keeping is slow. I asked for water but it took a long time before they delivered it, I followed up maybe 3 times and no one came and I waited for 3 hours and they didn't give it. My partner urgently needs to take medicine, but that's what I've experienced if you don't follow up, nothing will come

The location, the room, the staff

The shower was leaking inside the living room, and we had to put a bucket underneath. It is a problem when you expect a certain standing from such an establishment. There was also a planned power outage for maintenance. We would have appreciated it if it was communicated honestly beforehand our stay as it was a bit handicapping for us. We would have certainly stayed elsewhere.
