Gorgeous view, super friendly hosts, incredibly comfy bed, lovely breakfast, perfect location with conical hill right on the doorstep and a short stroll into town. Fabulous place to stay!

This truly was the best stay in our 2 week trip in the South Island. Our hosts Dave and Jill welcomed us into their beautiful property set high up in Hanmer with sweeping uninterrupted views. The property itself is immaculate, warm and the room clean and wonderfully presented. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic and friendly experience.

Very warm and friendly hosts (Davo and Jill!). The room was well presented, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The view from the room and outside balcony was fantastic - Hanmer Springs in the Autumn! Beautiful outlook. A short walk downhill into the village and to enjoy the eateries or the springs. The included continental breakfast was just perfect for our needs.
