Central location.

No value for money. For this price I expected better facilities.Room was cold .We weren't lucky to have balcony with square view as shown in the pictures.They ask for 2000 krona for airport shuttle which is more than double of regular taxi. On our departure when we returned the keys and were already in the taxi about to move a staff member came knocking on the window and asked us to come back as we haven't paid ( I paid the entire stay during check in), felt embarrassed.

this review is for the emblem hotel, not the apartments, as we had to change our stay from apartments to the hotel. apartments were not clean and located on top of busy restaurant which was not what we expected. however the hotel was great.

This room is amazing... huge bedroom with high ceilings, lots of natural light and very a comfy bed. It feels opulent, but also simple and modern. The room had everything we needed. The shared kitchen was well appointed, and the washer/dryer was wonderful to have given that we stayed ten nights. It should be noted for those who are wondering, there is no breakfast provided here, as these are apartments. You will have to go out for breakfast, or buy ingredients to make your own. But the very best thing about the room was the LOCATION! Right on Staromestska square! We opted for the only room with a balcony (room 12), and it was 100% worth it. We got to drink our morning coffee and evening wine on our private balcony, watching the people go by and listening to the Astronomical clock ring each hour. It was wonderful (and very romantic).

We had two small hiccups during our stay. The first is that a couple of cans of beer disappeared from the fridge one day, but that's the chance you take with a shared fridge! For the most part, people were very respectful of each other's belongings. The other was that the hotel forgot to clean our room on the fifth day, but as soon as we brought it to their attention, they cleaned it right away. The staff of the Emblem Hotel was overall very attentive. It may be of interest to know that your room will not be cleaned each day. Because it's more of an apartment, they will only come after 5 days. In the meantime, you can wash your own linens, and maintain the room however you like.

Had to remind staff to clean the apartment after 5 days - only happened on day 6.
